This particular roofing company did a phenomenal job on our home. Our roof had a double-layer and needed a complete tear-off. The crew was able to completely remove both layers and reroof the entire house and garage in a single day. Their work was impeccable, their attitudes were professional, and they were FAST. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a roof job done.

To fulfill an inspection contingency to sell our home, our whole roof needed to be replaced. In less than a week we had a new roof and it looks beautiful. They addressed several minor issues associated with the soffit, gutters, and deck flashing that weren't their responsibility with no additional cost. The buyer's realtor had a connection to a reputable roofer that had provided a bid for the new roof. NORTHWEST ROOF RESTORATION was less expensive by over $1500 from the other bid. They were professional, prompt, went the extra mile, and left the grounds clean from nails and waste.
I highly recommend them.

5 days after Northwest Roofing replaced our flat membrane roof, we had a storm with thunder, lightning and gusty winds. During the storm a tamarack tree limb speared the membrane, leaking water into the house. We called Chad and he sent his crew up to McCall and had it fixed the same day!

Northwest Roof Restoration was recommended to us by our insurance agent when I asked her what we should do regarding wind damage from a recent storm.
I called them. Chad the owner answered the phone and said he would try to have someone out to look at the damage the next day. That afternoon Levi called and said he was in the neighborhood and could he come look at the damage. He did, I received an estimate and told them to go ahead with the project.
The next day his repair crew came and repaired the damage, gave us a report on the overall condition of our roof. We were completely satisfied with their work, the price and certainly the attitude and presentation of all the people we worked with.

Called Chad and he sent out Levi the next day. Levi inspected the roof very friendlyand professional guy. Chad also, who also is friendly and professional, went over my options with me, sent an email with the various shingle colors for us to choose from. The shingles were ordered and delivered and two professional installers came out and did a superb job. Roof looks great and keeps us dry :-) . By the way, Levi and Chad told us that we probably still had two or three years left on our old roof. So there was no pressure to do it now. We decided that seeing how the cost of building materials sky-rocketing, we should go ahead and get it done while we could still afford it.

We called Northwest Restoration for wind damage after a recent wind storm. We had a large area of shingles blow off our roof. These guys are great! They had the roof repaired in a few days and the work is perfect. They matched the shingles and did a great job at a reasonable price. I will use in the future for sure. Thanks Guys!

We had them install a new roof before selling our house. The roof looks great and they were able to get it done in the time frame we needed. My only complaint is that they weren't as clean as I would have liked. Trash such as drink bottles and roof debris was left at the end of 2 days. Very frustrating when animals on property. That being said I would use them again because of price and roof did seem well done.

There is a reason these guys are rated five stars by everyone. It’s no secret. Great service, fair prices, and quick turnaround, usually you have to pick two of the three but with these guys it’s the whole enchilada, baby! Seriously though, they did a great job in less time than I had anticipated and I’m very happy with the price. What more could you ask for??

Northwest Roof came out to estimate a leak i was having in my roof. Instead of a long drawn out expense, the identified the leak as coming from a flashing problem. After a quick inexpensive fix, the problem was solved-Proving they are an honest company and fix just what needs to be fixed. On top of that they secured a drain which ripped away from my house during high winds. Again employing a quick cost effective, reasonable solution. I would recommend them based on their honest assessments, reasonable estimates, and expert solutions! Well done!

They came out right away to give an estimate, it was $3000 less than the other company I had called which I had actually used before. The warranty from NW was better also. The work was completed quickly, the workers were friendly and pleasant, even when I accidentally sent a text to one about helping with a cow issue! We highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Discovered a problem during a home remodel...roof leaking in a "dead valley", leading to significant long-term damage. Needless to say, this was very upsetting. Great experience with Northwest Roof Restoration--quick response to request for an estimate, answered all my questions in a similar quick manner, price on my re-roofing project was significantly less than other roofers in the Valley quoted (without a five year warranty offered by Northwest Roof Restoration), the job was started the same day I signed the contract and finished two days later and I could not be happier!

NW roofing did a great job for us. They were out 2 days after we called them to do the job. We have a pretty big roof and they came out, tore off our old roof, and put on our new roof in a day and a half. They worked from 7am to 10pm the first day and my house is over an hour from their business. The roof looks great and you can’t beat a 5 year warranty!

Our grandchildren noticed a large bubble developing on the ceiling next to our skylight over our kitchen area. N/W roofing came right out surveyed the our roof and skylight and determined the roofing was in good shape but the skylight did not have the proper weatherstripping. I contacted Chad of Northwest Roof Restoration based on a recommendation from one of their customers. Although my roof work was not extensive, I received quick, excellent service at a reasonable price. Within a couple of days, Levi came by to do an assessment of the repair work. He determined two plastic exhaust vents had cracked from sun exposure and would eventually pose leak problems. The next day I received the bid to replace the plastic vents with galvanized steel vents. Levi was back the following day to complete the work and also put sealant on several exposed nail heads on another part of the roof. Their work was also backed by a one year workmanship warranty. Why go anywhere else for you roof work.

My skylight blew off my roof on a Saturday morning when it was snowing and they fixed me up that same morning. They had replaced my roof a couple of years ago and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Northwest Roofing company did an outstanding job helping us with our new shop. Our new shop is 20' tall & I was worried my husband would fall
trying to lay down the OSB on the trusses by himself. Chad was very professional & sent Levi out to check out our new building. Within 2 days they were able to fit us in and had a crew to lay down the OSB. With in a few days Miguel was here and did an outstanding job putting our new roof on.
