Northwest Paving LLC was a subcontractor two years ago when we decided to switch from concrete to pavers. They did an exceptional job. They installed over 1500 square feet. They installed a 3 foot wall at one section where we sit by our small water feature. This year, we contacted them directly to clean, resand, and seal the pavers. Everyone at the company is really hardworking and accommodating. I highly recommend them!

Jose and his team did the magnificent job on our sidewalk and RV parking addition to our home. Starting with a very thorough explanation of the work that was to be done and a very competitive bid, his team completed the work in a timely manner and answered all my questions and suggestions along the way. Northwest Paving is stellar to work with and is extremely accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend them for your paving and landscape needs. In fact, we were so delighted with the project, we added another project for a front walk and patio using the same paving materials.

Jose and his crew did an amazing job updating our backyard. They removed our old rotting deck and replaced it with a paver patio. Then they took out the existing grass and laid sod in the rest of the yard. I'm very happy with the work and they also were able to start pretty quickly and worked fast. Jose was really wonderful to work with. You can't go wrong with them!

I am so glad that I hired Northwest Paving to do the work on my backyard. This was big project which involved building a retaining wall to level my sloped back yard, install porcelain paver and artificial turf. We also built staircases and walkways. I can’t recommend this company enough, it is a family owned business, very trustworthy, very professions, respectful and the workmanship is superior. The precision of the wall alignment was unbelievable . They worked hard and did an amazing job they are wonderfully people to work with and they stand behind their work. There were couple of minor issues that needed to be fixed and they showed up, took care of it no questions asked.

A great company to work with! The process was smooth form start to finish. In the initial walkthrough with Jose I felt he listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions. After many calls I discovered that Northwest Paving has experience with pedestal-based tile systems, so I hired them to cover a 1100 square foot roof deck using 24x24 porcelain and Ipe tiles. They were timely, professional and absolutely heroic working through the terrible winter weather. Thus I hired them again in the spring to remove our ground-level patio and replace it with an expanded porcelain tile installation. And again, they kept their promises, were enjoyable to have around and their work was excellent. Five stars without hesitation.

We started with several interviews from companies in the paving / yard renovation business and decided to go with Northwest Paving LLC, not because of their quote, which was not the lowest, but their impressive presentation of how the project would be done as well as the online pictures of their past projects. Then they submitted the design drawing, after a couple of modifications, for our approval. The design looked beautiful and to our specifications, which showed the artistic creativities and the knowledge of the co-owners, Jose and Julian.
The project started smoothly as promised. The very experienced crew, Gilberto and Pablo, worked hard and diligently and apparently knew what they were doing, from cleaning up the ground, excavating, laying the gravel foundation, arranging and cutting the border bricks, to laying the flagstones. As it is said that the devil is in the details, they had every detail planned and executed in a professional manner, in a limited spare space and yet kept things neat and in order. Never a day they left a mess behind. It was a fairly big five-week project and they finished almost on time – five weeks and two days due to weather (raining days).
The logistic support of the company was also impressive. All the materials, such as gravels, bricks, flagstones, and concrete always arrived on time as needed, which showed that the operation was well managed and organized by the people behind the scene.
The end result: a wonderful looking backyard and front yard and in-between, not only enjoyed by our family but also admired by our neighbors and friends! We are very happy with the result and the decision to go with Northwest Paving LLC. The excellent job is worth every penny we paid for. We are planning more jobs like fence and deck for them to do.

Overall, they did an ok job. We like the end result but the process didn’t go as smoothly. I’m glad we were at home throughout the process, they almost got wrong fences installed and the leader tried to convince us that the 5’ fences they got were the right ones and a better height for us, until I proofed them the quote I got that cleared showed the 4’ fence instead of 5’. They do have a nice hard working crew though, they are polite and one of them definitely really worked hard. Unfortunately communication after the job was done was unimpressive; we didn’t get any response until few days, and the owner/ leader, Jose, didn’t keep his words. He told my husband he would stop by, but never did and no word, we finally had to get another company to help us… after that last incident, I will not recommend them.

Everyone involved in our back yard paving project at Northwest Paving LLC was responsive, professional, client focused and detail oriented. The project turned out beautifully. Julian was punctual, pleasant, provided a same day estimate and checked in with me during the two day project, Luis and Jose did a wonderful job with the paving design and installation and Lourdes arrived towards the end of the project to ensure the details and clean up were to my satisfaction. As a real estate broker, I have worked with and hired many contractors over the last twenty years and I can easily say that this family run business is one of the best that I have found and have had the opportunity to work with. I highly recommend and appreciate their workmanship, attention to detail and customer service.

Our original scope quickly grew into a much larger scope. We really appreciated this team’s flexibility to accommodate us. The level of craftsmanship shows on the small details, on the precise corner cuts, and ability to work with a very challenging terrain. Our scope included mixed elements, from retaining walls to walkways and stadium steps.

The hardworking and creative crew at Northwest Paving LLC exceeded our expectations at all stages of our garden renovation. From design process to final clean-up, they were conscientious, innovative, and dedicated to providing quality work on time and within budget. The end result was a gorgeous outdoor space that was featured in the 2022 Northwest Green Home Tour.

We should have utilized NW Paving from the start. We received 3 quotes from different companies and unfortunately did not go with NW Paving to begin with, even though it was a very reasonable bid.

Long story short, the other company we went with had attempted to install, and reinstall, our flagstone patio, retaining wall with caps, and step multiple times. After the 4th attempt we decided to let them go. Nothing was level or string lined and the retaining wall wasn’t straight. Flagstones were moving and even the owner admitted that his newly hired crew did not know what they were doing.

I called NW Paving and stated I made a mistake and needed them to come fix it. They came out the day I called to assess what needed to be done and started the project two days later.

They ripped out and re-installed EVERYTHING that was done by the previous company AND built up our foundation for a potential hot tub, installed a French drain and increased the aesthetics of the retaining wall by rounding it out instead of having a square corner. They had multiple string lines going to ensure things were installed properly and it was clear they knew what they were doing. If we hadn’t called them we would have had some serious draining issues come winter because the previous company didn’t install a French drain.

The crew and every interaction with NW paving was incredible. They were fast, some of the hardest workers and had an eye for perfection.

North West Pavers did an amazing job constructing a retaining wall and pavers in my backyard. They finished the job on time and at a significantly lower cost with professionalism

These folks were absolutely great. They installed an entire backyard, including pavers, artificial turf and a new fence. Workmanship was great and happened quickly. They even pivoted quickly to help me with a scheduling issue on the fence which was originally supposed to be done by another contractor. They adapted well to a few things we wanted changes, and they were super friendly and supportive throughout the process. Lots of comments from friends about how great it looks. Would definitely work with them again.
