I ha e used NBR as my resource for gutter and siding materials for years. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. They have always treated me right.

We used NBR for two window installation projects - one for an apartment building we rent and one for our own home. In both cases, NBR was great. Honest communication, various product options, competitive prices, excellent service and installation. They communicated well and did what they said they were going to do, on time!

Joe and the guys at Northwest Building Resources did a phenomenal job on our widows on a home we remodeled in Hilliard. They are very personable, honest, and prompt! The prices are also the best you'll find around Columbus. Very fair and great quality. We've had our windows for over a year now and love them! We highly recommend them.

NBR replaced two exterior doors for our clubhouse. I received the quote for the work in a very timely manner. Once the order was executed, Joe Nichols was on site to survey and order material. Doors were delivered and installed within their stated schedule. Finish work, trim and painting was better than original. We will definitely use them on future repairs/replacement.

I am extremely happy with my new custom windows installed by Northwest Building Resources late this summer. Joe Nichols and his coworkers were responsive, offered great reliable service and craftsmanship! His crew worked long days to get the job done well and did a great job cleaning up after themselves also. Their prices and quality of product is very reasonable!

I laughed when I saw a bad review for these guys. Since they sell to contractors, their business really isn't targeted at retail customers. If you are looking for hand holding like Lowes or Home Depot, by all means, go there
. If you are a professional installer or a general contractor, Northwest has the quality and support you need.
