After starting what I had hoped was some fairly straightforward exterior work, far more damage was found than was expected. Kyle provided an updated proposal that afternoon. Brandon started work that day and was focused and hard-working throughout, dedicated exclusively to this job until it was completed. Though I think it took a few additional supplies and a bit longer than originally thought, Kyle honored his updated proposal. All my interactions with Kyle, Brandon, and Ashley were friendly and professional. I would use them again, and recommend them for any work you might need.

We hired Kyle to fix our leaky pergola that has been a problem from day one. He and his crew did an amazing job!!! I have been praying for rain to finally see if the work he performed did the job. Kyle and his team went above and beyond in repairing a difficult siding and roofing issue for us (and during cold winter!) and were communicative each step of the way. We had some woodpecker and carpenter bee damage that was about 30' up from the ground. A couple construction firms wouldn't even quote it. Kyle came out and said they could do it even though we wanted a few touches "out of the ordinary". They were able to fit us in their schedule, the crew was great to work with and they did an great job. Excellent workmanship and wanted to make sure we were very happy. I would strongly recommend and will call them for any other work we need done on our house.

I've now worked with Kyle and his crew on multiple projects. Northrup is an example of how business should be conducted. They are communicative, hardworking, reasonably priced, and respectful. I was concerned about working with the insurance company to replace the roof, but Kyle did all of the hard work - and a great job. I am only upset that I didn't call them for my earlier projects. I worked with NCC through Community Roofing to install a skylight and bathroom vent. They did really good work.

They asked about important decisions so the skylight ended up in the right place to make the space look great, and ensure the roof won't have any problems down the line.
