Disappointed...
Allen and his crew did an amazing job of installing steal siding and roof on our house in 2011, HOWEVER, he is impossible to get in contact with if there are any problems that come up later! We had an unfortunate accident with our landscapers last spring (Spring 2021). They accidently ran into the side of our house with one of their pieces of equipment and dented some of our siding. The landscaper said that he would pay for any repairs. We reported this to Allen on April 23rd 2021 and we are STILL WAITING for an estimate in July of 2022!! I have called and he doesn't answer and his voice mailbox is always full so you can't leave a message. I have left text messages. He did come one day (not even close to the day that he said he would be here) and still hasn't sent us an estimate. If I could go to any other contractor I would! The color of siding is so unique that no other contractors want to touch it. I understand that he is busy!! BUT so am I!! When you make an appointment as a business owner, you follow through or call and apologize!! You do not just ghost your clients that have paid for a service and helped you to build your business. We also ran into him at the Home Show this year and he said he would get right in contact with us..STILL WAITING!!
