Excellent work thought we had a simple roof replacement till they found vulnerabilities in the decking Northern Skies team went the extra mile replaces all damaged decking and add the proper ventilation need as we have an older home. Excellent work guys thank you so much!

Update to Review: I had Thomas from Northern Skies Roofing come back to my house to do some drywall work that had some water damage. Javier and his crew are excellent. I received an estimate within one week of calling. Within two weeks I received a call that they could start the next day. They were here by 8 AM and worked 12 hours and were here the next day and finished the job. The work looked great and the cleanup was just as impressive! They are all very professional and courteous. I would recommend them everyday to everyone!

I really recommend these guys, I wish I could give better than a five star review! When Javier came over to do my estimate right away he put me at ease by his knowledge and professionalism. He let me know that they were going to take care of me, and they did exactly that. They started on a Saturday and came back on Sunday to finish on their day off to make sure I didn't get rain damage. They found problems with wood rot on my roof and replaced what needed to be replaced. Javier is very honest he charged less than he quoted he definitely could have charged more! My roof looks amazing and him and his crew cleaned up like they were never there! Thank you guys, you and your crew were great! I highly recommend them!

My wife and I reached out to Northern Skies roofing last year to get a quote on replacing our garage roof. The quote was excellent, but we decided to postpone until this Spring. Alejandro and his crew were willing to pick up right where we left off and they promptly revisited our property to do another inspection and quote which was extremely reasonable. Within days they were on site again and did an amazing job replacing the roof, cleaning up the old shingles, and were genuinely polite and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend these professionals!

Honest, punctual, friendly, professional. From the last couple high winds we had in our area there was alot of patch work on our roof that needed to be fixed. I called them and they were there the same day! Not only did they fix what i asked them to they also sealed some potential leak spots going above and beyond. Very very satisfied with their craftsmanship!

We had them replace our detached garage roof. They were professional and polite. They had opportunities to upcharge when I asked if I needed extra things like new gutters because water was running behind ours and now through them. They told me they would gladly do it if I needed, but that I didn’t and showed me how they were connected to the roof incorrectly and that is why my gutters weren’t working properly. They said when installing the new roof the problem would be fixed. But they said if I simply wanted new ones they would gladly do it.

It’s easier to trust a company when they aren’t trying to nickel and dime you. The final product looks great. They cleaned up after themselves and worked hard the entire project. I work from home and was able to watch the entire job and these guys did a fantastic work. And as a mom who has little ones also home with me I was impressed that I didn’t hear a single foul word spoken. They were professional, timely, efficient, polite, and a great price. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

Alejandro and his team were very punctual and friendly. Took the time to show and explain to me the issues that needed fixing. We needed some more venting, a new pipe jack, some shingles replaced, and drywall repair. They got everything we needed done fast and for a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond fixing a couple of other small things they found while doing the work. Nothing was left behind when they cleaned up. Highly recommend! Will be reaching out when we are ready to tackle a couple more projects in the future. Thanks again!!

I would recommend Alejandro to anyone in need of roofing work. He responded quickly and was very communicative through the whole process. He honors a free estimate and walked me through all the findings and explained it all thoroughly. It helps a lot from someone who has little knowledge in roofing work. These guys did an outstanding job replacing my roof, and they were very well priced.

My roof got rolled back from the wind storm in October. being in town for only a year, I looked up roofers online and ran across Northern Skies Roofing. They had a very high Google rating, so I gave them a call. Even being as busy as they were from all the other people wanting to get their roofs fixed, they quickly came out and discovered that my roof, being only 8 years old, was incorrectly installed. They gave me 3 bids...one to repair, one to replace with shingles, and one to replace with steel. I chose to replace it with steel, and once the materials arrived, they made quick work of stripping my old roof and installing the new one...properly! And just in time for winter.

We are extremely pleased with how it turned out and would definitely recommend these guys.

Alejandro and his crew patch my roof quickly and efficiently. They were polite and professional. They did an excellent job communicating what work need to be done and sent pictures to my phone with the job cost. They sent after pictures when they completed the job. Alejandro is very knowledgeable and was able to give me an estimate on the remaining roof life before I would need a roof replacement.

I called them the day after a bad wind storm. Within a couple of days they had my roof inspected and a very reasonable estimate sent over. Then three days later they had it all fixed and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended
