Had a great experience with getting our roof replaced! Communication was fast and got a new roof in a day. The workers were pleasant and made sure not to ruin and shrubs or bushes and made sure to clean up everything completely. Highly recommend!

Tim and crew are extremely kind and courteous. They got the job schedule and completed within just a few days with very fair price. They were timely. Cleaned up after themselves, removing the old shingles and installing the new ones. When they were done you couldn’t even tell they had been there except for the beautiful new roof. No mess at all. I love my new roof. Would highly recommend.

I contacted this company after the big hail storm in 2024. They did the complete siding and roofing replacement on my entire home. The experience I had with Tim Coyle and his crew was great. He delivered the complete package just as he said.
A few days ago, I contacted Tim again, the wind had done minor damage near the eave of my home. I did not think he would take care because it was so minor . Not only did he take care if it, but he came the very same day I called him, took care of it and was happy to do it. He is nothing less than very courteous and professional and DELIVERS on his work promise. I highly recommend Tim Coyle and his entire crew. Thanks to them for a job well done and he still had time to take care of the small things.

I called Northern KY Roofing to help out with a leak around a vent on our roof. Not only did Tim and Noah come out the very next day to take a look, but were able to fix everything on the spot and for an extremely reasonable price. They even went as far as going to all of the other vents on the roof and re-caulking them. Amazing service! Will absolutely use them again!

I discovered a vast amount of rot in my roof deck due to improper installation of a roof 17 years ago. With water leaking inside my home, I contacted Northern Kentucky Roofing at about 3pm on a Wednesday. I explained my situation to Tim who eagerly offered to help. I had his quote the very next morning by 9:45. After answering a couple of questions about my rotting soffit and facia, Tim provided me another quote for the additional work I requested. I accepted both quotes and arrived home from work on Friday to find all the materials already delivered and waiting. Roof work promptly began two days before Christmas (Monday) and was completed that day. The day after Christmas, the team returned to complete installation of the soffit, facia, gutters, and downspouts. Absolutely professional and high quality work by some very friendly people! I could not be happier with the service, quality of the materials, quality of the installation, and the overall appearance. Thank you, Tim, Carlos, Gary, U.G., and everyone who took part in this project! You are the very best! You have alleviated my worries and preserved my home for many years to come.

The crew was great did nice job. Kept place clean when they left last day all was cleaned up. New roof and gutters.
They came back about 3 days later to put hand rails around porch and hand rails down steps. Nice job. Done on time.

We got several estimates for our siding project and I am glad we went with NKY Roofing and Siding. They weren't pushy and the crew was friendly and hard working. They went above and beyond. We got our old siding taken off and new siding and new gutters all in a week. Everything looks great! The owner, Tim, helped us with the design of the new siding and made sure everything was done correctly.

Tim amd his crew did a great job on our roof! He replied promptly when I reached out for a quote. He gave me the quote within 24 hours. He took his time and answered my questions. His crew showed up early and worked hard to finish promptly. When we noticed there was a little extra cleanup that was missed (muddy foot prints on our deck), we called and he promised to make it right and he followed through. His crew showed up early the next morning and did an extremely thorough clean up job. 100% satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

That's a complete and fabricated lie.. And you know it. You never called me I called you after
your your son went off the deep end on our second phone conversation. He was very confrontational. And I don't make a habit of making threats to people. What was said was. That's there was nothing wrong with my roof when I called you. That you where looking at it via "Satellite," and you seen nothing wrong with it. And that if I wanted anything else done to it I'd have to pay for it. You're son also said that there was nothing wrong with my roof, was quite rude when I talked to him on the phone the second time. He's almost as rude as you are. You are the only one who made any threats. A veiled one. But a threat nonetheless. I tried to be civil with you people. But, you wouldn't allow it. The funny thing is neither you or your son ever set foot on my roof once. You were just trying to skirt your responsibilities, and the warranty. I'd be happy to take a polygraph to validate my truthfulness. You're full of it. The crew that you sent showed up at my house in the dark two hours before sunrise at 5:30 a.m. making plenty of noise. Waking up my neighbors. As well as myself. They would be happy to attest to that. Well, he would. She was terminally Ill at the time. And has since passed away. They rudely woke her up. Had to go outside and ask them to stop until it got daylight. There's other things that went on too. But we'll let those lay for now. They were borderline if not completely incompetent. Numerous mistakes were made due to them being Unsupervised. And that business was started in 2017. So your math doesn't add up. Twenty seven years? You are an outright liar. People like me? Might want to take a long look in the mirror. What a joke. There's more to this than I care to write about at this time. It'd take far too long.
Then why did my garage wall receive flashing? Huh? What about the leaking chimney flashing? Huh? I was told everything that needed replaced would be replaced. You never tried to make anything right. Only your son verbally assaulting me. That was an insurance claim to the tune of $12,500 dollars. You can talk all the nonsense you want. You know the truth.

I needed the siding on the rear of my house replaced and I contacted NKY Roofing. They were very responsive and timely. They charged a fair price and they did an outstanding job. The workers arrived at 8am and the job was completed by 4pm. This was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this company.

We had a leak in our bathroom and called to have our roof checked. Caleb was awesome. We had wind damage and a lot of shingles had blown off. The longest part of the process was the insurance. Once that part was dealt with and we had our roof on the schedule it took no time. The workers were there at 6am and done by 11am. Our roof looks amazing. I 100% recommend NKY roofing!!

After learning that this company assisted those who suffered damage during the EKY flooding in 2022, I wanted to give them a chance. They did an awesome job installing my siding and when I had a piece come loose due to the extremely high wind they had a crew out in no time to take care of the issue at NO COST. I will use them again. They will stand behind their work .

With our family of 13 we needed to shop around for roof repairs. We've had other offers that doubled what Norther KY Roofing charged. its been a little over 4 weeks, a tornado warning and what seemed like a few typhoons and our roof is still holing strong. The company came out to look at my roof for missing shingles. They were able to fix the damage the same day. The tech also cleaned out my gutters and took down an old satellite dish. They were very professional and thorough. I will use again in the future.
