They passed the blame on Fox underground. I tried to get them to pay for the damage, they ignored me until I finally gave up.

They ruined our sprinkler system, but the woman in the claims department likes to argue with you and say it’s not their fault. Moore engineering has an inspector coming out- and they only marked everything AFTER the fact. Good thing I took photos of the before? They claim they can “fix it” and don’t want me to call aqua lawn. Maybe you should check where you’re digging first, or is that too much common sense? I’ll include photos of the before- NOT marked, and the after, marked, after I called. I’m assuming they are trying to make it look better for the inspector. Funny :) moving the grass piece to make the sprinkler look better was a nice touch. Bravo

You guys are being lazy with your traffic control south of Horace North Dakota if you don't even have a piece of equipment on site let alone workers why do you have 25 mph signs up you haven't covered up your permanent 55 mph and you got trucks making 20 trips one way through there everyday dealing with that not to mention it's probably the most patrolled area and Cass County

I was on a work trip and 12 hours away from home when I had car trouble on the freeway, in an extensive construction zone, in the middle of nowhere. The towing service was taking more than 2 hours to get to me and I was stuck on the side of the busy freeway. This company was working far down the road but noticed me and came down to check if I needed help. They helped solve my problem and got me back on the road safely. I could not have appreciated their help more. They were helpful and professional and didn't accept any payment in return of their help.

They did a terrible job! They refinished the street in front of my house in 2018. They damaged my existing driveway when removing the approach. They poured the new approach in the rain. The water damage can be seen on the surface
The new concrete cracked. I was told it would be replaced. Wasn't. They left construction debris on our temporary road, causing over one thousand dollars in damage to my pickup. When I called them they passed the blame on Fox underground. I tried to get them to pay for the damage, they ignored me until I finally gave up.
I wouldnt let them pave a sidewalk, let alone an entire street!!!

Northern Improvement did a GREAT job for Sky Zone in Fargo. They did our parking lot in Sept 2014. It sheds water well and has held up to our constant traffic. They were wonderful to work with. I could not have been more impressed with the work they did for us!
