I recently had North East roofing do a roof for me in Portland. This was a high and steep roof. Their crew did a fantastic job, and had it done in about 6 hours!! A spotless clean up job, and a VERY pleasant crew too!! Their price was very fair!!! I would use them again in a minute!!! It was refreshing to work with a company that took such pride in their work!!! A very happy customer!!! Thank you Jordan and Gracey!!!!

Can't say enough about this company. They have relieved a tremendous stress for me and my family. We had a roof job that was done so poorly by another company and was causing so much damage and stress to our home and then disappeared on us! I sent one email at 11pm at night on the weekend to NothEast Roofing and got a reply next morning. They came out right away and within minutes spotted all the issues. Gave me a straight forward quote with a worst case scenario so that I was properly prepared with no surprises. They worked with my family's schedule (my husband works nights so he sleeps during day and I was scheduled to leave the state) to make sure it was done without additional stress on me and my family. Being pregnant this meant the world to me. They've gotten the job done not just for the roof but to correct other issues they found the previous company had done and still kept it under the worst case scenario quote. I can't say enough about them. I will forever be grateful to them for their work ethic, performance, kindness and overall soul. They are truly great people. The owner doesn't just quote you and send a random crew. He was actually there for the entire job working with his crew, kept me up to date on everything and did everything they could to make a nightmare situation into a happy ending. Forever grateful! Great experience working with Jordan, Grayce and their team when replacing an old roof and wrapping facia on our office building. Great communication, attention to detail and thorough site cleanup.

We had a leak in our old skylight windows yesterday evening and Jordan came quickly this morning to assess the issue. He explained all of our options in a way that I (who knows nothing about this kind of stuff) could understand. We will definitely be moving forward with the fixes with him. Jordan and crew were great. We waved them down while they were fixing my neighbors roof. 30 minutes later I had an estimate and a was on their schedule. They are fast, responsive, and do great work.

We had a leak in our roof coming into the house in two areas from ice dams. After calling multiple local businesses Northeast was the only one who came out to look at the next day, actually got onto the roof to inspect and took photos and explained to me what they saw. They drew up a quote quickly and were so communicative. They were able to come do the patch job the next week, broke all the dams and were honest and fair with their pricing. And we are so grateful! Thank you guys.

Service was excellent, timely and very professional- couldn't ask for better. My only regret is not having Jordan install my gutters in the first place. He batted clean up for shotty work done by someone else. I can certainly see why NorthEast Roofing is an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau. Don't waste your time like I did- go with NorthEast Roofing to get things done right the first time! Highly recommend.

Northeast Roofing installed a New Everlast Standing Seam Metal roof for us last month. After many issues with our aged shingle roof we made the decision to switch to metal, and we couldn’t be happier! Jordan was amazing! Came out and gave a free estimate 1hr. After I called. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Showed me photos and gave me a quote before the end of the day. Really great price! Came out 3 days later to replace the flashing and shingles. Waited for me to get home from work to show me the work, said he would always come out immediately if I ever needed him. Would never use anyone else I only wish he did construction I would hire him to do all my jobs!
