Highly recommend Steven. We were unfamiliar with the area and needed an inspection done quickly to ensure we had all the information we needed to make decisions. This included a septic inspection and well and general inspection and he was amazing. Got us scheduled within a couple of days - spent quality time with us in person and very efficient and knowledgeable. Found the covers to the septic with precision and we had all the reports within 24 hours.

Steve is an extremely professional and excellent home inspector. My partner and I are purchasing a home in Maine remotely from Chicago.

Things moved quite quickly and we went under contract on a Monday. On Tuesday I called Steve as well as a few other inspectors. Steve immediately made time for me on that Saturday morning. As a first time home buyer the process is opaque and not always clear what’s needed. Steve advised us on every step and recommended in addition to the base inspection to have our water and septic tested. He made time earlier in the week to head out and test our water, so all our results would be available at the same time.

Steve and his helper arrived promptly at 9AM and immediately got started. Steve was detail oriented, willing to walk us through every note and gave us a lot of great additional advise. He spent more than 2 hours with us which we could not appreciate enough, especially given it was our first time seeing the home and as first time home buyers.

Steve also has such a great sense of humor — we had a lot of fun with him.

I was worried about some work a contractor had done to reroof my addition. He identified some problems and talked about them with the contractor. After the fix was completed and because of a growing list of problems with work done in my bathroom and doors and trim, I reached out and explained my nervousness over the roof valleys and the repair and he went beyond expectations to help. I highly recommend them.

He was very professional, gave ideas what to do to fix what was wrong, definitely would recommend him to anyone, he answered all our questions, very quick at getting back to us or answering, he was overall real good inspector! Very thorough gave honest opinions on everything, he was looking out for interest in us!
