Ok, so this is long time due.
I had a full renovation done by Northeast Gutters and Remodeling to my multifamily last year and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire first floor was completely gutted and rebuilt from the ground up — new gutters, windows, brand-new kitchen, updated flooring, and a fresh coat of paint throughout. Everything was done with great attention to detail and the quality of the work really shows. So much that I was able to rent for 60% more than was renting before. The space feels modern, clean, and totally refreshed. It's been a major upgrade in both comfort and value. Highly recommend for anyone looking to take on a major remodel!

We were in need of repairs to our siding and our first call was to Northeast Gutters and Remodeling. I called on a Friday afternoon, and they were at my home completing the repairs by the next Tuesday. Both over the phone and in person was incredibly professional, the work completed was perfect and the pricing was fair. Will only be using Northeast Gutters and Remodeling going forward.

We hired NE Gutters to build custom copper gutters on our house. The gutters replaced a yankee box style gutter, in which some of the wood portions had deteriorated. You can see that the gutter design has a decorative roll in architectural features of the house.
Building the new gutters was a learning process, because the gutter is non-functional at the returns.
NE plowed through all of the issues, and once I “aged” the shiny new copper, the finished product looked great.

I was looking for gutters for a while, need half-round due to having a 1905 Edwardian home. Ended up getting a few quotes but went with Northeast due to better pricing and reviews. Thiago and his crew didn’t disappoint, he custom ordered me dark green gutters and had them in a few weeks. Quality was great, installation took like two days, even hired him to do painting touch ups on the woodwork around the house which came out far better than expected. Overall a great experience. I will use Northeast again in the future when I do my siding.

I engaged NE Gutters to fix some serious gutter and drainage issues in my yard. They engineered and installed a solution beyond my expectations. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! If I could, I would give this place negative (-) 5 stars. About 7 months ago my wife and I contracted Northeast Gutters and Remodeling to fix the cause of some ceiling water damage. During the initial quote conversation they did not attempt to assess the damage via the attic. They did not even speak to my wife on the day or the repair who was home at the time. They simply slapped a ladder against the house, did “something,” then left and billed us without a single word. 6 months later (after resealing and painting the ceiling) the water damage reappeared in the exact same spot. When I called the company to have them come back to actually do the repair we paid for, they said they would call me back in a week to schedule time to come back out. It has now been over a month and no word from them. I ended up needing to get a different contractor to come out and repair the issue. Northeast Gutter should be ashamed of how it treats its customers.

A quality contractor who cares about his business. He had to follow up on the work his crew had done and did so with his apologies. This is rare with home contractors. While he was addressing the main issue he double checked everything else and fixed some other areas that needed some follow up repair too. Very pleased with Northeast gutters. I will use them again without reservation.

Northeast Gutters & Remodeling LLC run by Thiago Batista did exterior carpentry repair and house painting at my home. The crews he employs were always on time, very diligent, highly skilled and polite. Their final round of follow up and touch up once finally completing the work was greatly appreciated and they cleaned up superbly after the job was completed. The estimate provided was honest and competitive and the stated timelines were all met as negotiated. This business will my go to one for all similar house maintenance and repairs going forward.

Thiago, the owner, really cares about the reputation of his business, which explains why he is always responsive to questions and he ensures his team to perform quality work as quickly as practicable. Thiago and his Northeast Remodeling team did a fantastic job replacing water-damaged cedar shingles and repainting all windows and trim on our historic 130-year-old barn. His team showed great care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Would highly recommend!

8/24/21 2:36pm. Not going with this company. I went online to get a quote for gutters and was contacted the next business day which I really appreciated. Three days later I was called by one of the staff that wanted me to take a quick servay over the phone for an estimate for gutters on my home that she said would only take a few minutes. I replied that I couldn't talk at the time due to the fact I was driving and working and I couldn't fully respectfully reply. She continued to say this will be quick and only take a moment. I said listen, I'm working and driving I'll call you back. She said do you need new gutters or are you adding better gutters to your home. I replied, I'll call you back after I get home. She wanted to know what time I would be home, I said after 3pm. She said so I can call with more information about our gutters. I had to say listen I'M DRIVING AND I'LL CALL YOU LATER........ very very pushy. Bad customer service and I'm blocking and deleting their number and will use someone else. Northeast Gutters, "RESPECT THE DRIVING WHILE DISTRACTION LAWS". A more respectful business or customer service should have acknowledged the callers request to talk at a better time instead of closing the deal.......BAAAAAAAADDDDDDDD! Training orientation classes....Too bad Too sad.....1 star just to leave a review. I wish we had a half star for reviews only.

Couldn’t be happier with my choice to go with Northeast Gutters and Remodeling. We had a full roof and siding replacement after storm damage. He also installed 6 windows and new gutters.

Thiago worked with us through the whole process and was very patient as insurance dragged their feet. When the suppliers sent the wrong siding, he very responsive and solved the problem immediately, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. He communicated with us through each step and we felt confident before, during, and after construction. It’s been a month since we finished and we’re still amazed by the final product. It was a pleasure working with Thiago and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I've heard great things about Northeast Gutters and Remodeling from friends who were familiar with their work but I never expected the incredible response and professionalism when I called Thiago. We discovered two serious issues developing with our porch roof and gutters and with the heavy thunderstorms soon to hit and tropical storm Elsa headed our way I knew we'd be in serious trouble if we couldn't address the roof as soon as possible. I spoke to Thiago about what was happening and lo and behold the next morning - thankfully before the rains came - he magically appeared. We are so indebted to him for both his responsiveness and obvious concern that our situation needed immediate attention. Working with Northeast Gutters and Remodeling is hands down the best contractor experience I've had. Thiago came out to assess the work needed, measured everything out, and provided a quote on the spot, which was very reasonably priced. They had some availability pop up the day after I gave my deposit and were already on the job. Jackson replaced all the gutters on my house and did some power washing all within 1.5 days. From what I can tell, he did an exceptional job. In the end, the quote remained true and there were no surprise costs. I absolutely recommend these guys for any of your gutter or remodeling needs.

Northeast Gutters did a fantastic job replacing the gutters, fascia boards and rebuilding some dental work on our 1927 Georgian Colonial home. The original fascia boards had come loose from the structure due to age and dryrot. Northeast Gutters removed all damaged wood and replace it with cedar, rebuilt dental work where necessary, painted everything and installed new gutters. They showed up as promised and worked continually until until the work was finished. Workers were very quiet, professional and took pride in their work. Their fees were fair and reasonable considering the extent of damaged wood replace and time spent on details such as matching the original dental work. I highly recommend them for any project!

I had ice dams and couldn’t get on the roof. I looked for a company that was well rated and local. I found Northeast Gutters and Mr. Batista and what a pleasure it was to work with him! After leaving a message, he promptly returned my call, came to the house and discussed the problem and options. He suggested to remove the snow off the roof. His team worked to removed the snow and even cleaned-up the snow that fell on the front step and back deck. Because of them there was no water in the house! I would highly recommend their services.

Easy to deal with. Responsive via text message which is so handy when you’re stuck in back to back meetings. We had a drain that was blocked and needed NEgutters to come back at a later time, this was after the invoice was completely paid. In other experiences once the contractor had been paid in full it would take several phone calls before they would come back. These guys responded immediately and came around to finish the work at their earliest possible time.

The team he sent did a great job to figure out the issue and install proper kick back/step flashing, siding repair and new gutter installation. After the job, they have cleaned up everything. Creating ground damage that was eroding the ground under my pavers. Thiago advice me if he could install larger gutters my water flow problem would be solved. In the past I had a company do gutter leaf cleaning & that still didn’t work , the leaves kept clogging the gutters no matter what. Thiago also solved that problem by installing mesh leave guards on top of all the perimeter of the gutters around the house.He gave us a guarantee on all the work done.
His company staff did an excellent job and cleaned up after they were done.
