The team arrived on time and although the work order pivoted from the original plan, the team adjusted the work efficiently. The Team worked professionally, completed job quickly and also because of work order pivot and leftover supplies, the workmen changed out the vinyl siding that was damaged in some areas of my home. That wasn't a part of the work order but was done by the team for me. June 2025 we had copper strips, gutter cleaning, gutter guards and selected gutter replacement installations. LA Roofing did an excellent job. Hiury was an exceptional Production Manager throughout the job, leading the roof and gutter teams as well as inspecting the finished work. Oscar did a great job with the gutters/guards installation. The team did a thorough clean up and their professionalism was outstanding, including the sales and office staff. GREAT job.

The foreman on my job was Ryan Soares. Very professional. Contact was amazing. They were very responsive and kept me advised every step of the way. The install was originally scheduled for a Tuesday bu the temps were 100+ degrees so the job was moved to Wednesday which was postponed a second time due to rain. Finally the weather cooperated and the roof install was done in less than a day. We have a bird bath that they moved out of the way during the job. Not only did they put it back where it was, they even refilled if with water. Post job clean up was thorough. They left no debris whatsoever on my property. I highly recommend LA Roofing.

We are very pleased with the whole process of getting our roof replaced with LA Roofing! Junior listened to our concerns and did a great job educating us as to why we were experiencing the leaking from our roof and how that situation could be remedied. He was so polite and we never felt rushed or pressured by him to commit to anything.

The project manager, Ryan, helped us schedule our roof work around a chimney repair that was also being done. We really appreciated his flexibility with this. He shared photos of our roof before, during and after taken by drone and body cam which was really cool to see. The crew was able to finish the project in one day and they did a great job cleaning up the outside of the house!

Because of major issues with our original roof, there was a lot of debris that came down into our attic during the project. We did not put down tarps (our mistake) but when we mentioned it to Ryan he came over himself and cleaned everything up! He was very committed to making sure we were 100% satisfied with the project and we were! Definitely recommend!

Excellent job on my roof which was complex with multiple angles. Every person I dealt with was very professional, including the estimator whose name is Noelle who even got a drone on the roof to make sure She didn’t miss anything from climbing and inspecting. She spent a lot of time explaining the materials and the warrantees. Next with Hiury And his team of six roofers who Worked for 11 +1/2 hours with only a half hour break for lunch. They Worked hard and were meticulous protecting my landscaping. Finally, Ryan stopped by to make sure I was satisfied with the work. If you want people with integrity to work on your roof for a reasonable price, I would highly recommend them.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We just finished working with LA Roofing who installed a new roof on our multi-peaked 3900 sf house and also our barn - and they were simply fabulous. Their work was fast, expert, and super high quality, and soup-to-nuts it was done in just 2 days. But what my wife and I really appreciated was the incredible team that came to our house. The company works across New England, but it feels like a family firm where you get to know everyone by name. Starting with the first visit from Guilherme, who estimated the project, identified our detailed project plan, and helped us get an excellent price, we knew we were in good hands. Next our Production Managers, Sergio and Hernan, in parallel with Project Managers, Hiury and Oskars, provided hands-on oversight of the work which, thanks to their experienced team was completed quickly and left zero mess in our yard. And, importantly, our shrubs and perennials were well-protected! From removing the old shingles, to repairing plywood underlay and then installing the entire new roof, flashing and sealing along rooflines and vents, replacing some damaged siding, and hanging new gutters - everything was done with skill, speed, and a smile. LA Roofing gets 5 starts in our book!

While there were a few minor unrelated hiccups early on, thanks to Brandon's diligence, he went above and beyond to resolve them quickly. I recently replaced the roof of my house with LA roofing. Very pleasurable experience working with them and thoroughly satisfied with the results! They are always available to answer and help with any questions or requests. Junior worked with us from the beginning of this process. That was also a key reason we went to work with LA Roofing. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us very clearly. He is very personable and responsible. We were very satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get their roof replaced.

We hired LA Roofing in October 2024 to replace three leaky skylights. On 10/11/24, we accepted their quote, paid a 50% deposit, and were promised completion by Thanksgiving. Silence followed until I called them the day before Thanksgiving- Sam told me the job was never scheduled because there was no signature on the contract. That was the first I heard of an unsigned contract. I assumed that I signed the contract when we agreed to the job and gave them our deposit. So, they took a deposit of $4,400 and never put us on the schedule or thought to call and ask for a signed contract? She then transferred me to Junior’s (the sales rep) voicemail. I left a message and have yet to hear back from him to this day. Two days later, I called them again and was transferred to Sergio (Supervisor). Sergio said that he originally told me it would take 2-6 months (not true-he didn’t) and is looking into when the skylights will be here. He said he would call me back later that day. He didn’t do that either.
A week later, after I called again, he said they’d be here in 4-6 weeks—meaning they hadn’t ordered them, which they later admitted.
Because it was now December and too cold to do the job, I suggested they order the skylights, return our deposit and call me in the spring to schedule the job. Because they had broken our trust, we would pay in full once the job was complete and they would have to trust us. Meanwhile, we would watch our skylights continue to leak all winter.
Eventually Louis (called himself the office manager, but I believe he’s actually the owner) called me and refused to order the skylights without a deposit. (guess he didn’t trust us) I reminded him that they had our deposit for a month and a half and never ordered them. After admitting that they dropped the ball and let us somehow slip through the cracks, we agreed that they would refund our deposit, hold off on ordering the skylights and call us on March 1st to schedule the job. We were promised this by three separate staff including the owner. I told them that we would give them yet another chance, but if we didn’t hear from them by mid-March, we would leave them an accurate review of our experience based on my detailed notes and give our business to another roofing company.
So, here it is April 8th 2025 (7 months after hiring them and over a month since our promised phone call) and all we have is 3 leaking skylights and a bunch of broken promises. When speaking with them about how we felt we were being forgotten, they always apologized and said “No. We’re really not like that. Let us earn back your trust.” In our experience, LA Roofing can talk the talk, but when it comes to following through on a job or something as simple as returning a phone call, they can’t walk the walk. The only positive thing I can say is at least they’re consistent. We haven’t spoken to one person there who didn’t lie to us.
At the end of the day, I think we really dodged a bullet with these guys. I firmly believe that if we didn’t pursue it the way we did, they would have gladly kept our $4,400 deposit and we’d have never heard from them again. At this point, we’re relieved they ghosted us. If LA Roofing is this unprofessional before a job, imagine the nightmare after—dodged a bullet. I don’t know how they got so many positive reviews if this is how they treat their customers. I know they spend a lot on advertising—maybe they’re paying for good bot reviews too? Their apologies and begging to earn our trust back rang hollow; their glowing reviews feel suspect. Save yourself the hassle—choose a roofer who cares about their clients and shows up and DO NOT TRUST LA Roofing.

From the beginning of this experience with the estimator Noelle King being very thorough and explaining the entire scope of work needed to the completion of the job. The workers showed up on time and work endlessly till the roof was complete and the property was left spotless. The project manager Hiury Porto showed and spent time at the job to make sure everything was done right,even return the following day to make sure I was satisfied. Hats off to LA Roofing. I am one happy lady! LA Roofing replaced my entire roof and did an excellent job! They did it all in one day, and the clean up was phenomenal!!! They were thorough, sincerely honest, kind, caring, and reassuring. Before the job, they did a thorough inspection of my attic, found mold, leaks, and leaks in my chimney. They removed the mold, fixed the leaks, and resealed my chimney and of course replaced my entire roof. I've gotten so many compliments from my neighbors as well. I'm extremely late in sending in this review because, well, life got in the way. With that said, I've had a chance to enjoy our new roof for a full year now and can attest to both the contracting and installation process as well as our satisfaction with the outcome. We first reached out to LA Roofing right before the holidays in late 2023 after detecting a small leak in our roof. Our initial communication was immediately followed up with a visit from Noelle. I can not say enough amazing things about her. She is knowledgeable and explains things so well. Despite the upcoming holidays, and some drama caused by our HOA, the LA Roofing team was able to schedule our home for work quickly and thankfully the weather cooperated with our December installation plans. Installation was completed in a single day and the team could not have been kinder to my husband and I throughout the process. We loved that we were able to view real time photos of the entire process, including drone images, through a simple online portal. Overall, our experience was just great. In the year since, we have received many compliments on the look of our new roof and have had no issues or concerns to speak of to date. We have recommended LA Roofing to others and will continue to do so.

I used LA Roofing when I first bought my house in 2000, so I went to them first thing when the 25 yrs was up - hard to believe. I had an idea of what I expected the cost to be as my neighbor had their roof done recently. LA was very responsive getting me the quote, which was even better than I expected. The salesman explained everything very well and left me with a written quote. They were very patient while I waited for my solar company to schedule removing my panels but once that was finally done the work was promptly done. They arrived early and got right to work. Covered vegetation, moved items on my deck away to insure nothing might get damaged. They cleaned as they went and when they were done, I couldn't even tell they had been here, except I had a very nice new roof. I had one small issue with a piece of gutter on aide porch that was too low but once I told them, they returned and fixed it, no issue. Couldn't be happier and would recommend them 1000%.

This company is really amazing. After I called, the owner, Luis, came to our home the next day and went up on the roof to assess the damage. He has a computer program that showed the diameter of the hail that hit our roof. He also started the claim process with our insurance co. If your insurance rejects your claim, call LA Roofing. They will work with the insurance company and are very persuasive. The ladies in the office (Sam & Alena) are so helpful and follow up with the owners & the insurance co. They keep on top of everything. They are very organized and detailed and professional.
The roofers are diligent and work their butts off to get the job done. The project manager, Michael, was there to answer questions and make sure everything goes well. When they left, the roof looked great and there was no evidence of debris left behind.

Once we agreed to terms and the contract was signed, they moved quickly to remove the old roof and replace it. The employees came in both days and worked diligently to complete the job. we are very satisfied with the work they did.

I reached out to LA Roofing after noticing their billboard on the 84 West. I had a pleasant conversation with Sam, who initially answered my call. She was courteous and gathered my information. Since they offered an option for an online Vinyl Siding quote, she transferred me to Sergio, who handles those requests. Unfortunately, Sergio never provided me with a quote, and when I followed up after 6 days to inquire about it, he was not polite.

I contacted Sam again and informed her that I would no longer require the quote and would seek services from another company. I emphasized the importance of customer service and communication, as I would be hesitant to engage with a company that exhibits such difficulties in providing a simple quote. There are numerous companies available, and I prefer not to waste time chasing after one that lacks professionalism.

Noelle was our estimator,she physically inspected by old roof then she used a drone. She very professional kind caring knowledgeable most of all she knows roofing. The crew of 6 arrived at 7:15am and completed by 7 pm. The crew took pictures and removed everything off my deck then tarp off that area plus on my driveway side removed and tarp it off. Two crew members on the ground constantly cleaning 4 members on the roof by 7pm all nails staples around the property were cleaned and blow off. Everything that was moved was back in there original spot. LA roofing is Awesome! I recommend them as one best roofing company.

Absolutely fantastic!! Junior was the assigned estimator. What a fine young man, super polite, helpful, and caring. He answered all of my questions. He is knowledgeable about the products used. Their price was very competitive. I was concerned about the soaking rain that came after all the material was delivered and reached out to the assigned project manager. Even though, it was after hours, he responded and assured me that the material is fine and safe for installation. I am grateful that the material was well wrapped in plastic and the weather was sunny for the installation. The installation went smoothly and was done in a single day. The company uses and app and posts pictures through the day to update the home owner of the job progress. It was fun to see the start of the job all the way through the final product. My neighbors compliment my new roof. Many were so impressed that the installation was completed so quickly. The area around the house was left clean and cleared of all debris. I highly recommend this company.

Brandon did a good job but the rest of team had poor communication. Imagine them blaming us for not calling to ask if they could come at an earlier date when they are the ones doing the scheduling. Absurd! We were scheduled then they said it was gonna rain that day so we were rescheduled for exactly another week. For the first cancellation rain fell overnight and the follow days were sunny yet they put us out for another week. The next week they said rain and it never did yet they never rescheduled that week again although the days after were quite sunny. We were rescheduled for a third week and we noticed there was gonna be rain for that week. Mark you, we have no control over the weather but they never rescheduled us for the sunny days after the first two cancellations. We cancelled when I realized that whole week was gonna be rain. At that time they wanted to come two days after I cancelled.
For that poor service, I would never let them work for me.
In the contract it stated that we have to pay a 25% cancellation fee and this company has the nerve to be charging us all the fee although it was their negligence, they messed up so the reason we cancelled. This is a rip- off and their price is exorbitant. Never go by rating sometimes. When you experience what I did then you’ll know.
This company’s communication to us was very poor and they took us for granted. Would never recommend to anyone.

From the beginning of this process to the end it was handled professionally. Noelle sat with me explained what needed to be done, answered all my questions and even flew her drone over my house to show me where the areas of trouble were. Alina and Rosa in the office kept me apprised of the timeline and were a delight to talk to. Sergio scheduled everything and even stopped by the house to check on things. Mike was over multiple times as the work was being done and didn’t mind my hundreds of questions. And the workers who removed and put on my new roof were meticulous and did an absolutely fantastic job. And when my gutter was difficult to remove from the old roof they gave me a new one. I could not have been happier. And the price was extremely fair. I give them my highest recommendation.

Great communication and they take photos throughout the course of the project. This was a great tool just in case you wanted to make changes or have questions on what they are doing. I had a great experience from the beginning when meeting Noel, one of the sales reps all the way to the end of the project. Everyone wants to make sure that you are satisfied with what's going on. Great pricing, very informative and quality work. I highly recommend this company! My house looks great!

La Roofing replaced our roof. About a year later we noticed a stain on our garage wall. We called La Roofing “ Sergio” who came out to check on water stains. It was determined water was seeping in behind a side window. This had nothing to do with the roof replacement. Sergio sent crew out and caulked our two side windows at no cost.

LA Roofing is top notch! From the initial inspection and estimate process, Noelle was more thorough that I've ever seen. With her extensive knowledge and attention to detail combined with her tenacity to inspect EVERYTHING in my difficult and sweltering hot attic...she took a ton of photos and then explained it all back to me. She was an absolute please to work with and we communicated a great deal after while I decided on moving forward with the project. She even helped me decide a payment plan that I ended up using.
After I committed, both Sergio and Mike were always communicating with me as we planned it all out on the calendar. Minor adjustments due to rainy forecasts aside, LA Roofing stripped, installed two solar fans, connected my bathroom vent, reworked a cricket around my chimney and led flashed it beautifully and cleaned up in ONE day. My roof was 19 square! So thorough and tidy, great communication and professional. I will recommend them to everyone. It was a great experience! They are world class and I have zero regrets. This was by far the best service we have had with a roofing company. We had a couple of leaks that needed to be repaired and LA Roofing provided prompt and professional service. Our representative, Luis Pomaquiza was extremely professional and able to make the repairs the same day. We will definitely be using them again when we need a full roof replacement or need siding and gutter repairs.

Luis' team was doing work on my neighbor's house in Portland, CT when he noticed the flashing on our chimney wasn't on correctly. He offered to fix it since they were right next door doing work on our neighbor's house. I told him the expense was too much for us right and he came down on the price and told us we just had to pay for materials. I'm not going to lie, I thought it was too good to be true and they would surely come knocking on my door saying that more work needed to be done, but they didn't. They completed the work without anymore bother to us and I truly can't be thankful enough. It saved my husband the trouble of doing it himself when we have so much going on already! LA Roofing did an amazing job on our new roof. Noelle was thorough in her initial assessment of the condition of our roof taking many pictures. She explained our issues and had samples of the ridge vent they would using as well as the lifetime vent pipe boots on hand for us to see. The work happened in time in one day and they did a nice clean up. After they left, it was like they were never here other than the brand new roof. Michael, the project manager, was on point with the crew and getting everything done perfectly and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend LA roofing for anyone looking to have a new roof put on their home.

LA Roofing completed a roof repair this week, replacing about 20-25% of my roof. It was easy/quick to make the initial appointment for an evaluation, and the repair was done the next week. The customer is kept updated by photos taken during the job, so you see what’s actually happening and the condition of your roof. Excellent cleanup afterward, driveway/porch/lawn in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Had a great experience working with LA Roofing Noelle who came out to quote our roof replacement was great she took the time to explain the materials and process making us feel confident in our decision to use LA. Their scope of work was much larger than other roofers including removing old solar, some chimney work and soffit venting. On the day of the project the roofing team was on time worked efficiently and were respectful of the property minimizing damage to any landscaping and leaving the surroundings as clean. We love the roof but also knowing that we have both quality of labor and product from LA Roofing. I would highly recommend working with them on your next roofing project

We are very happy with our decision to go with LA Roofing to install a new roof on our 29 year old house. We also had all new gutters and downspouts included in the project. The roof was done in one day, which is amazing considering the size of the house. The new roof looks beautiful and the clean up was over and above our expectations. Hiury and the crew that did the installation were right on time bright and early, all of the tools needed were on-site and the tarp system to minimize the debris coming off the roof worked really well. The crew were experienced and worked really well together.

Sergio was on call to address any issues and he followed up with us to make sure we were happy with everything.

We were very satisfied with our roofing project and couldn't have selected a better company than LA Roofing to do the job. Our roof was only 13 years old and we had leaks. We were so impressed with Noelles initial review of the job. She went into the attic and crawled all over in the insulation to view all areas and take pictures to show us. She then went on the roof and did a thorough review. She was able to identify that our leaks were coming from our 30 year old skylights as well as several other problem areas from our prior roof installation. Her thoroughness and expertise sold us. We contracted to have our old roof removed and a new one installed along with new skylights. The project went like clockwork. The job actually started ahead of schedule and the supplies and crew arrived promptly on time. We were very pleased on how they took care of our property before starting to protect our house. They covered our generator outside with plywood and foam as well and draped plastic from the roof to the ground all around the house. Their cleanup during and after the job was impeccable. Its now been about 6 months and no nails found anywhere! We loved the drone puctures. Unfortunately, none of the workers onsite spoke English so we couldn't communicate with them. The project manager stopped by a midday and was available by phone but it's not the same as having someone onsite that you can speak to. We would highly recommend LA Roofing.

These guys are the best at roofing. I got my roof replaced by them when I bought my house. Zero tricks, no lying, they did the job well. I had an issue with leaks around my chimney after the roof was replaced. They sent out a team of guys to fix the issue. It was fixed.
