We had our master bed and bathrooms painted recently by Gardner and their crew. I am a bit meticulous, and really appreciated the team going above and beyond to ensure everything was to my level of satisfaction. Experience was great overall and we're super happy with the paint job!

Gardner Painting responded to me quickly and got to work on a project that was time sensitive. They were courteous and respectful and kept in communication throughout the process ensuring everything wrapped up in time for us to move into our new home. They were detail oriented and did a great job. We'll definitely be calling for more projects in the future.

We used Gardner to paint our entire exterior and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The team that came and painted my house was wonderful. They did a great job of taping off all the points that weren’t suppose to be painted and worked through an unfortunate heat wave. The price was very reasonable too compared to other companies! Plus they have a warranty Incase something does go wrong in the near future which is nice. We have metal siding so it’s not easy to paint without seeing strokes so I’m very happy with it.

They completed their work today on a total exterior house paint. Every employee we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, easy to communicate with and very hard workers. They were thorough from the beginning until the end and made sure every last detail was taken care of (painting the new caulk around outlets that were not easily visible, adding an additional unplanned coat of paint to the front of the house were the wood was more dry than the other sides, painting the back side of a down spout that is not easily visible etc). The workers left the property clean, communicated effectively and accurately when they were arriving and leaving for the day, and were very respectful of our home. We were originally so pleased with the outcome of the paint job in 2022 but almost immediately after the job was done, it started bubbling out. They came back in 2023 and scraped and repainted the areas but never power washed to properly clean and prep the area. Now 2 years later they are refusing to come back because they came last year even though it is within the 5 year warranty. Very disappointed in this. Wondering what can be done here. Has anyone had success in getting them to fix? See photos below.

We had Gardner Painting paint the entire exterior of our home in May 2018. We were pleased with the original finished product but did question if the supposed two coats plus primer were done as they did the entire job in only a couple of days. Corey and team assured us it was done as promised with quality products (Sherman Williams). There is a photo below of the home in May right after completion.

In the 3 year warranty period, we noticed some peeling sections. Gardner did come out and scrape, prime and repaint the peeling areas without any fuss.

Now we are 5 years in and the entire front and side are peeling horribly. Per Sherman Williams, their paint should not be peeling in which a short time as long as it’s applied as per the label with properly prepared surfaces. Therefore it’s not the product failing but other reasons like the prep and application.

Not sure if we are an exception here, but I’d love to hear other’s experiences with longevity in their work as I’d expect an exterior paint job to last more than 5 years.

We can’t thank the Gardner Painting enough for the professional job they did painting out house. The house looks like it was newly sided. I highly recommend Gardner and Painting to anyone who wants to give their home a beautiful face lift.

Gardner had just stopped by to do normal touch up work to some paint that had chipped due to the expansion and contraction of our siding through the summer heat and winter cold. Could not be more pleased with the work they do. They had no issue honoring the warranty for their work. They completed it quickly as well. Gardner Painting just completed an interior paint job in my house. The job required extensive prep in the form of scraping and patching plaster walls and the work they did was superb. They were communicative, professional and on time without fail. I'd heartily recommend their service.

We have used Gardner in the past and contacted them this time to repair and paint our finished basement. They went above and beyond to make the space look nearly new. They patched and sanded the ceiling, walls, baseboards and trim. Did a first coat, then patched and sanded again which resulted in the whole space looking totally renewed after the second coat. The whole team is professional, friendly and treat the the job like it's their own home. And the cost was right inline with the work they performed. Gardner Paint is top-notch and I love the professionalism of the work that they did. They were able to paint my salon in a less than a 48 hour turn around. The communication, delivery, and after work cleanup and punchlist work was the best I'd ever experienced. 100% satisfaction.

My parents used Gardner Painting to have the exterior vinyl siding on their house painted several months ago, and the results were astounding.

As I worked to prepare my condo to sell it, I realized I would have to face what I was dreading most: fixing all of the nail pops and repainting the two-story entryway. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of heights or ladders.

The close care and attention to detail, ensuring that paint was not spread on any trim or the ceiling, was exceptional. Over the course of a day and a half, Kevin and Cory had come in, prepared the walls, painted, and left the space cleaner than it was when they arrived.

The paint texture was perfect and consistent; more so, Gardner's recommendation for Sherwin William's Emerald paint with a matte finish proved to be an excellent choice given the natural light that the area gets. (If anyone is wondering, the paint color is City Loft SW7631).

This was the 2nd time that we have used Gardner Painting for a home project. The first time we used them to paint the entire exterior of our house which was awesome. We decided to have them back to paint all of our kitchen cabinets. Recently Gardner Painting painted the exterior of my son in law's old colonial. It came out fantastic, and there were many rave reviews from family and friends. We were upgrading a playroom with new flooring and wanted the walls and ceiling done as well. Cory came out quickly to give a very reasonable quote. They started the job as scheduled, and my wife and I couldn't be happier as they left the area clean each day, and finished the job in under 3 full days. In today's world it is so difficult to find a contractor you can trust, so to have a job completed as hoped with no surprises was fantastic. We expect to have the new flooring installed soon, and this will become the playroom we had hoped for!

I recently contracted Gardner Painting to repaint my finished basement, stairwell, and two bathrooms. The initial tour prior was nothing but friendly, courteous, and attentive. They were very insightful and communicative during the entire process, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the work they completed. I’d recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to paint/repaint their home. There were some unexpected issues with our stairs (no fault of their own), and after reaching back out to them about it, their only concern was making sure we were taken care of. Their response to us was “We want to make it right, and make you happy.” They were back on the scene within a day to address the matter.

Our house is almost 100 years old and had been peeling badly for a few years, but that always took a backseat to the list of projects inside. In the past I had been following Gardner Painting on Facebook for a while and decided I would reach out just for an estimate. Cory and Jess met me and walked through what we wanted, I had an estimate within 48 hours. We wanted to add whitewashing the brick and Cory got back to me either the same day or the next day with revised pricing.

We knew ahead of time they were booked out for months, but Cory stayed in contact whenever I asked for an update or more samples. When they finally started Cory, Kevin, Jess, and Hector were incredibly professional and friendly. They never made you feel like you were a bother (I know I can be sometimes) when you had questions or just wanted to talk through the process.

The attention to detail not only in the painting, but the protection, prep, and clean up was probably what I liked most about having them work on our house. We have had other projects done where our house was a mess inside and out during the whole project. I appreciate how clean they left everything each day especially with a young child and a dog that love to put everything in their mouths.

If we ever have any other painting needs we will hands down be going through their company and would highly recommend them for any painting project you have.

When we decided it was time to paint the exterior of our home, we discussed this with five contractors, but chose Gardner Painting for the excellent strategy they proposed along with a reasonable price. We have a "C- shaped" ranch with seamless aluminum siding and preferred to keep it rather than reside with seamed vinyl siding, and Corey, Kevin, Jess and the crew came up with an excellent plan for cleaning and effectively coating the siding. They selected top shelf paint, thoroughly explained their strategy, and followed through with absolutely superb preparation and technique. They completely exceeded our expectations, and NEVER failed to reliably communicate their schedule as to arrival and potential weather issues. Once they began the process, they stayed with our project until it was completed.
I would also add that these people demonstrate knowledge of their craft and insights well beyond their years.
From the first phone contact to the final walk-through inspection, they were a pleasure to work with, and we recommend them without reservation.

They left us high and dry. In March of 2020, a nice lady from Gardner Painting named Natalie came to our home and thereafter provided us with a comprehensive written estimate to paint the exterior of the home. The estimate was broken down to include the front, back, sides and back deck of the home. I advised Natalie that we'd like to hire Gardner Painting LLC instead of the other companies who we obtained estimates from. Natalie was looking at the end of June or early July for a completion date for our project. I had a question regarding repairs to deck columns because that price was not specifically set forth in the contract. Two gentlemen, including one named Cory, then came to our home to examine the house and get a better look at the columns. I was provided warranty information and updated figures based the examinations by Cory and Natalie (Cory reviewed and updated Natalie's estimates). We were in agreement on all pricing. I verbally offered to drop off my deposit and I was advised that Cory would instead come pick it up. Time went by and I followed up with Cory to see if everything was all right. Cory responded that Gardner Painting LLC could not do the job because they underbid it. Gardner Painting, LLC provided these estimates after careful consideration. Instead of standing by them, they appear to have gone on to another job. It is now May 18th and we will not be able to hire another contractor to get our job done in time. We are so disappointed.

From the initial consult through the last day of work, every person I interacted with at Gardner Painting was so professional, communicative, responsive, and NICE! In 2017 we purchased a HUD home that needed some serious updating and interior painting.
