NCI replaced the roof of my house damaged by storm. Insurance initially denied the claim when I was helped by another contractor. Mr. Carlos, who is a project manager at NCI, helped me to have the roof reinspected by the insurance and the claim fully approved. He went up to the roof with the inspector and communicated the locations and severity of damages. After a few days after the approval, Mr. Carlos's team came to my house around 8 am and finished the roof replacement and the cleanup by 4pm. They did high quality job in such a short time with professionalism. The roof now looks gorgeous. I'm very satisfied with NCI, Mr. Carlos, and his team. Thank you!!!

Jeff was phenomenal to work with in regards to our leaking roof! We had worked with a few other companies to identify where the leak was coming from with no luck. When Jeff first came by, he was able to identify exactly where the leak was coming from in minutes and several possible solutions. Within the next few days, he prioritized our house and was back up on the roof fixing the leak with no issues since! When we replace our roof in the coming years, Jeff and NCI will be our first call!

After the severe storms we had this summer, Alex from NCI came out to assess the damage. He took detailed photos with notes and sent them to me via email almost immediately. He was very helpful with how to apply for a complete roof replacement with my insurance company and even met the insurance representative when he came out to look at the roof. We were approved for a full roof replacement! Alex was flexible and responsive when scheduling the replacement installation and communicated exactly what to expect from the process. When the roofers were here, they got to work quickly and were finished in one day. They cleaned everything up and my roof looks fantastic. The whole process was easy thanks to Alex and NCI’s professionalism, communication, and efficiency.

All five stars. Seems too good to be true? I can 100% verify that these are legit! Jeff was professional and, most importantly, honest. The combination of Jeff being recommended to us by friends and the fact that I don’t know anything about roofs, means we would have gone with whatever Jeff recommended. I was fully prepared for a new-roof sales pitch. Instead, Jeff recommended mitigation and, if necessary, replacement. He was genuinely looking after our best interests. Go with this company you, I promise you won’t regret it!

We found the process of working with NCI and Alex Henning seamless. We were under some pressure to replace the roof after considerable windy weather this spring and Alex responded by getting us an appointment within a week. The supplies were delivered with no problems and the job was done in a day (townhome) with no issues whatsoever. Alex was on the premises several times during the day to make sure all was going as planned and it did. Replacing a roof results in a lot of debris but our property as well as the adjacent properties were tidied up so that there was no sign that this type of work was done except to look up at the new roof. We were very satisfied and recommend NCI highly.

Had a great overall experience with NCI, Our rep, Jerry was very responsive and professional. The installation itself was a very smooth process and they did a great job including the patch-up work and cleanup.

We just had our roof replaced due to wind damage. NCI, and our project manager Alex Henning, did a fantastic job of coordinating with our insurance company and their inspector. Once our claim was approved, Alex was on top of everything. He had us on his schedule within a couple days and materials and crew showed up right on time. They did a very professional job. Work was completed in about a day and a half. They did a thorough job of cleanup. Alex provided a detailed report and photos to our insurance company to show the completed work. I’d recommend NCI and Alex for anyone needing a roof replaced.

We had a hail storm back in April 2020 in Ashburn VA. I was not sure if the damage was minor or if it was significant. I contacted Justin Sebren at NCI who inspected the roof and confirmed that he believed that our insurance company would agree to cover hail damage. He gave me some info to share with the insurance company. Justin and the insurance adjuster inspected the roof together and the insurance company promptly approved us for a new roof! The insurance company was worried that if we didn't fix it then water could leak into our home and cause damage. Justin's company scheduled the work within a few days. They brought a crane in to stage the roofing materials to ensure a quick job. They brought in a dumpster for the cleanup. I was extremely impressed at the professionalism and the hard work the roofers did on a hot August day. A few of my neighbors in Belmont also contracted with NCI and all of their roofs were completed in 1 day promptly and professionally. Well done NCI! Thank you Justin!

My roof started leaking water into the house.
I saw NCI changing the roof in a house nearby. Spoke with Justin Sebrin onsite to see if they could inspect my roof. He came right away and inspected the roof.
He determined the roof was damaged and needed to be replaced.
NCI took care of the paperwork with my insurance company.
Within a couple of days Alex Henning had a crew onsite and they were changing the roof.
They were courteous, helpful and turned this experience into a good one.

Alex Henning, NCI Project Manager, was very professional, organized, helpful, and friendly. From the first step of dealing with the insurance company, during the actual installation of both my new roof and gutters, until the final clean up, he was in constant communication and always available. These guys are terrific to work with (I say these guys because we worked with Chris Chmiel and Jeff Speck when replacing the roof on both our home and rental as well as looking into solar options, not to mention all the professional workmen). They are very friendly and professional. They are clear about the process and just made the roof replacement a breeze. They also were quick to respond when there was concern about a possible roof leak (which there wasn’t - the leak was actually from a fridge water line), they came out and thoroughly checked out the area.

My wife and I recently decided that it was time to replace our roof, and we began researching contractors. Our next door neighbor referred Northeast Construction, Inc. (NCI). I called the company and was connected with Matt Russell, Project Manager. As it turned out, Matt was already in the neighborhood. Within the hour, he came by, met with me on was on the roof soon thereafter. He identified storm damage that we thought might exist but weren’t sure. I found Matt to be exceptionally informative, and he patiently assisted throughout our homeowners’ insurance claim.

We have now had our roof and gutters replaced, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result and the process. The workmanship is excellent, and equally important, the company did everything they said they would do. We were especially pleased with their attention to cleanup. Matt and crew carefully walked the property to ensure that there was no remaining construction debris.

It can be difficult to find a quality contractor that is also reliable. I’m pleased to say that we found that in NCI. Thanks so much NCI and Matt! We will definitely return for future renovation needs.

I have recommended NCI to several family members and friends. They guided us through the whole process and worked patiently with our insurance company. They looked at my sister's house and though she only needed some repairs, they fixed her issues even though they are not in the repair business. Will recommend to anyone needing a roof.

I’m a repeat customer and seriously pleased with NCI. Last year the ancient roof on my rental property gave up the ghost. I got bids from the usual local companies, all super expensive. An acquaintance overheard me complaining about the prices at a dinner party and gave me the card for Chris C. at NCI. Chris responded same day I called, gave me an excellent quote within a week. They did good work, on time and the roof is very attractive from the street. Not quite six months later, we had a huge hail storm at my house and I found a leak in my garage. Called Chris, and he got my insurance to cover the cost to completely replace roof on my home. Since it had architectural shingles, he pushed the insurance to pay for a fancy replacement. The new roof even has a warranty. Looks great and my house will be dry and safe for years to come. And did I mention insurance paid for it?

We just completed a complicated full roof replacement with Daniel and his crew. Not only was the work done well by a respectful and professional crew, but Daniel and his supervisor Jeff went above and beyond for us repeatedly when issues beyond anyone's control made the job more difficult. Even weeks after they were done and paid and gone they came back to fix things, not because the issues were their fault, but because they are committed to providing excellent customer service. We never write reviews but are so impressed with Daniel and Northeast Construction that we felt we had to share.

We're very pleased with Chris and his team at NCI. The entire process from the insurance claim to the installation of the roof was quick and easy. We definitely recommend NCI to anyone that has roofing needs.

I recommend NCI and have already referred them to friends and clients in Leesburg. Chris was very professional and easy to trust. I will admit I was hesitant at first especially when you start thinking it's too good to be true. But I figured I'd give them a try and I'm sure glad I did. They superceded my expectations and Chris was super easy to work with. My insurance company on the other hand is a different story but Chris was still there to help push them along and provide them with whatever info they needed to approve my claim.
