His inspection of a home I am in the process of purchasing was thorough and comprehensive. He took the time to explain the home's systems to me in layman's terms and to answer all of my questions. Hello everyone I want to say how I am absolutely satisfied 110% with Charlie's service and expertise on my home inspection. He was very knowledgeable but also very picky and thorough with every little thing as if it was himself who was buying the house, he was prepared and ready to uncover the cobwebs hiding in the corners of this home. He pointed out to me what was wrong with certain aspects of the home and what would be a problem in the future and what was also perfectly fine and in good shape with the home. Mr. Charlie's service was above and beyond what I could have asked for when we met. I highly recommend him for any inspection you might do on a home and I will personally be calling him again next time I need an Inspector/Engineer.
