We had a small job, but the owner scheduled a time very quickly. He showed up on time and did a careful and thorough job. This is a family business with the sons working hard to deliver good service and make the business work.

The guys at North East Roof Tune-Ups were fantastic to work with. They were timely in their response and were able to come scope out the work the same week. Over the course of their repairs more damage was identified and they were easy to work with on scope changes. All work was wrapped up timely and to my satisfaction. Their prices are also reasonable.

This is my 2nd review of this firm. They continue to be very responsive and professional. I very much appreciate their responsiveness. It can be annoying when vendors don't do something simple like call you when they arrive. North East (Andrew and Dave) communicates with me.

They also do a very thorough job. I don't watch them work. But, I can see my gutters after they've gone, and my gutters are clean - no leaves at all.

I had to have some roof repairs and I also needed new gutters. They came out on Friday to give me an estimate. They scheduled me for the next business day! They arrived on time, and did a fantastic job with the repairs. The gutters are seamless and look fabulous!

I've used this firm twice now and am very happy with their service; their attention to my gutters and roof. The first time, last winter, they cleaned out my gutters. They also firmly secured any loose gutters without my asking them.
The second time, this month, they cleaned out my gutters and they also cleaned out a grate in my backyard that had a lot of leaves in it. I didn't ask them to do that and I don't expect them to do that every time. But, I appreciated that they did that. (We had talked about the leaves in the grate before I left.)
I appreciate their attention to detail, that they looked at my gutters and roof and took care of minor issues, and that they're a family business. I didn't realize they also do roof repair/tune-ups. I'll probably call them for that business now.
Other firms have come by to clean my gutters and they're gone in 15 minutes (literally). North East Roof Tune-ups stayed and did all the gutters. (I watched them the first time. The second time I left them alone.) I gave them 5 stars.
I just read the review by another person who hired North East Roof. That the crew said the gutters did not need cleaning makes sense and pointed out the reason for the gutters leaking. The family has been honest with me, too.

I got a call from Andrew through HomeAdvisor almost as soon as I had put in the request. He was very polite on the phone and very accommodating in regards to when they could come do the work. He also gave me a price quote that only adjusted a bit based on the work they finally had to do. Overall very affordable. They arrived to the house during the quoted timeframe and were extremely polite dealing with my wife since I was at work in making sure the right kind of work was done. Initially I had booked them for cleaning the gutters on the roof but after their inspection they actually said that the gutters were pretty clean and the reason they were leaking was because they were not installed correctly. Within the same price range they rehung the gutters to the correct height and cleaned them so it would reduce the leaks. They also tightened and readjusted the downspouts around the house to make them redirect the water appropriately and also gave other suggestions for improvement. The entire cost was $350 which was a very good deal. They also provided a proper receipt on letterhead and also a 1 year warranty. Will definitely rehire them for other work when needed.
