Brad located and installed a handicapped accessible shower for us, which required his first removing a cast-iron bathtub! We were not on site and trusted him to complete the work without us being there. He did just that. We definitely recommend him as a responsible, dependable, available and timely workman.
I came in to work this morning to find that part of my ceiling was sagging and starting to come apart. Brad was able to fix it in no time and added some screws to make it more sturdy to prevent the same problem from happening in the future. Thank you, Brad!
Brad was a life saver. As a small business owner who doesn't have a maintenance person on staff, my 'fix list' was growing out of control and the projects were piling up.
