John and his team of helpers are all great.

They take on a lot of emergency jobs so you may find your scheduled project getting bumped back IF your job isn't an emergency or time sensitive. However, that's how all the big, busy contractors are in this town. If you keep that in mind, they do excellent work at a reasonable price, and they have a pride in their work quality where they'll make touch ups and ensure your happiness even if it meant an extra trip for them on their own dollar.

I had John do a bunch of Sheetrock repair for me, and I'm really impressed with the work. He's also helped with trim/finish work as well as general repairs at my house. He will take great care of you.

John and team have done a couple of projects for me and I’ve been satisfied with each one. They take great pride in their work.

CRM Construction has done multiple jobs for me. From rebuilding the front wall of my house, to installing custom garage shelving. They are always awesome and do great work for a fair price.

CRM remodeled our shower, fixed our decking, and did lots of minor repairs and painting on our 1901 built Farmhouse. The new tenants love the work and CRM did a great job for a great price.

I highly recommend CRM services. I was referred to John by my Property Management Company in Vancouver, WA. I got a quote right away for an interior paint job and was blown away by the speed and great job that was done! I then asked for an exterior quote, which I also got right away. Which is the reason for 4 stars and not 5. Only because of the weather conditions in Washington, I had to wait a few months rather than a few weeks. John has been very responsive and I am very pleased with the painting they’ve done for my rental property. It was a godsend finding this company, as I live in Hawaii, so communication is very important. It was a pleasure working with John and using CRM services!

He has amazing communication skills, very clear quotes/estimates in repair costs, and provides updates of work being done with pictures and clear descriptions. Not only was work done to our high standard, the crew kept the space clean while working & carefully cleaned up work area upon project completion (didn’t even need to dust after they left!).

John and his guys did a great job for us. We had to get our house of 12 years ready to sell in just a few months, I tried doing most of the work myself, but when time was running low, I called the pros. I actually had called another contractor before John But they left the house a mess, and we decided to try another company. I am so lucky we found John. He took care of everything. I asked, even pointed out a few things. His guys could take care of quick and easy. I felt like the amount I was charged was less than I expected, and was definitely fair and reasonable.
Our house got sold quickly, and for asking price. I would definitely suggest John to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy handyman. He knows his stuff.

The employee who came to my home to help with a leak in my laundry room was punctual and very friendly. He was very patient when explaining what my issue was, despite me having no idea how any of that stuff works. Definitely will recommend them to friends and family

Before selling, both units required a door to be removed from the common wall and the doorway to be sheet rocked, textured, painted and new baseboards. CRM showed up to look at the job the very day I called. They explained exactly what steps were necessary and gave me a detailed estimate that was fair and reasonable. They were professional, experienced, and confident and also willing to accommodate my scheduling needs. John is very knowledgeable about everything relating to construction, and discusses projects in a way that helps the customer make the best decision.
