What a neat place. If you need it, they got it! We also purchased our annual Discovery Pass here. Staff is kind, and helpful.

This store definitely has more SKUs than the typical small town general store, that’s for sure Lots of inventory and a wide variety of different items in all sorts of categories.

Fair pricing, although some sections suffer from higher prices than typical of the area. Just based on my experience and knowledge of local shipping rates/pricing.

Unlike Okies who are well-known for price gouging during the tourist season, this store’s pricing practices seem a lot more reasonable.

The staff here are also super helpful & friendly, unlike the other grocery/general stores on the Peninsula.

I don't know why but at the end of the day this store warns it's customers of its closing time over the speakers. The bad part is that when you go to check out near closing time there is like one long long line, and no other lanes open, only one. Bad customer service in my opinion and hard on the one clerk trying to rush everything through. Go to Okey's

This store has gone down hill so rapidly in the last year. What an absolutely dismissive staff. The Asian/ Mexican guy who was leaning on the cart not willing to help in anyway should be fired. What an absolute punk attitude he has. We go and drop $400 to $500 a week at this store. That just ended. We try to shop local, but I will not give this store another dime. Disgusting.

Jack's County store is full of amazement. First - AMAZING NICE WORKERS, WIDE SELECTION of things for anything and Everything. This is not huge store, but everytime we were searching for something, and thinking: maybe they don't have it, when asked workers, And - THEY showing exactlythe things i was looking,

I have lived in ocean park full time for 5 years. I love Jacks. I get that the prices are higher but to transport goods from their distribution site has got to be expensive. The people at Jacks always have a smile. I follow their adds and save a little cash. Their pizzas are the best.

Best local place for everything! Friendly people, great apple prices! Socks are top tier but you’re going to pay for them. Need an RV fitting that’s not in the RV section guys in hardware will hook you up! Don’t be afraid to ask they know how to solve your needs or who does!

The workers are really nice and is a convenient stop for this town! Have a good amount of groceries, can stop for fuel and have a recreational section for campers, fishing and ocean supplies

Great place to get just about anything while you're on the peninsula and they carry unusual items you can't find in big box stores.

Wonderful selection, friendly staff, delicious we make u bake pizzas with lots of toppings (you can call ahead and request your own toppings!), excellent hardware selection. Lots of local produce at great prices! Get your discover, and clamming passes here. Books, toys, kitchen gadgets.

They have everything and if they don't they'll get it. A person can get lost in time looking at all the stuff.

We love this place! Always visit when we’re here from Arkansas. This was our first time visiting with our pup and were surprised she wasn’t welcome (most hardware stores welcome pups) but they do carry food so we understood.

This place feels like you’ve went back to a bygone era.
Back when stores sold everything and I mean EVERYTHING!
Definitely check it out if you’re visiting the Long Beach Peninsula.

Jack's Country Store is as unique as the Long Beach Peninsula is!
I had the pleasure of interacting directly with Jack back in the mid 90's. He was a real pleasure to deal with. Tall, with a loud and deep voice, he always had something humorous to say.
So, Jack's is ubiquitous on the peninsula, a staple of Ocean Park. Somehow or another, they manage to cram everything a person would need, and most of what a person would want, into this store. And if they don't have it, rest assured, they can get it quickly and for a reasonable price.
The grocery side of the store is quite decent and has a pretty amazing selection of the everyday stuff, as well as quite a bit of the out of the ordinary delectable stuff you might find at an upscale.grocer in the big city. The produce is very good, incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, reasonably priced.
The hardware side has way more than you would think and the staff are there to help you find anything you may need.
But one of my favorite sections is the north west aisle in the store. Kitchen stuff. They have the most amazing variety of kitchen gear you could imagine. They also have what looks to be the complete line of Lodge brand cast iron. Take a look at my photos to see some of the kitchen oddities you can find here.
There's a lot of history in Jack's Country Store. It's an amazing place and you know, on the tourist level, I recommend stopping in and taking a look. Jack's personifies the typical general store of yester-year, a time long past that just makes a person reminisce, even if they have no memories of the past times. It's a carryover from the time when service was paramount, and was worth as much as the product itself.

At first, I was not sure about this place but once I walked around and looked at everything, I realize the store is kind of amazing because they have basically everything you could need in this town all under one roof. I just have to make a note that they have really good coffee at their coffee bar which is probably what got them from a 4 to 5 star with me to be honest and also the employees are really nice. If you're in Ocean Park then come, check out the store I think you'll find it interesting quirky fun and get what you need here.

Who needs Home Depot when you have Jacks! Find anything you need at this classic general merchandise store. With a good ole days feel, as I wandered the aisles not less than three employees asked to provide me with full site customer service. Friendly staff and amazing assortment of anything you need. When the towns power is out, Jacks keeps running under generator power.

The best place. They have everything you could ever need. From groceries to building supplies to outdoor supplies to automotive to lawn care to sporting good. Plus great deals on gas. Love Jack's!!

Rude employee? I went in to buy some hardware @ Jacks Country Store in Ocean Park WA. I needed to ask where would i find the items that I needed to purchase in the store. I noticed some customer service people hanging out by the desk in the hardware department. Thought I would ask one of them. Store representative Robert was the closest. As I started to ask the where i would find the items I needed. He ( the employee Robert) turned around and stated that I was in the store the day before. Employee then stated that I had the same shirt on as yesterday and that I must have slept in it. Then the store representative
turned around and walked off laughing.

This is one of my favorite stores since I was little!!!
They have everything you need and don't need! I highly recommend checking it out it is such a fun country store!

It is a great old fashioned country store with some of everything that you could or might need. It is over 100 years old and a fantastic place to wander through and check things out.

How can you not love Jacks? Yea maybe some of their items are pricey but that’s to be expected from a small town store. Cheap meat and produce and lots homemade goodies too! Plus many of their items are unique and hard to find anywhere else.

A fixture of Ocean Park for generations. A quality store that has anything you could really need out here on the peninsula.

I am just writing this because I saw the bad review below about bad service at Jacks. I visit Jacks on a regular basis for both hardware and groceries. Seriously, I have never been anyplace that offers the outstanding level of service that Jacks offers. The employees are always polite and go out of their way to help you. It is unbelievably fantastic service.

I was at your store this last weekend. I bought some steamer clams and some oysters in the jar There was 5 huge oysters in that jar. Then a bag of oysters in the shell. They were very reasonable priced. They were washed spotless and the best I have ever eaten. They tasted like fresh catched. I would highly recommend buying there seafood again as it was fresh and delicious in Thank you very much.

When we visit Long Beach we drive the short way to Jack's Country Market. I enjoying looking at all of the retro items. They also have hardware and grocery items. Just a fun place to see!

Jack's Country Store saved my Christmas by shipping a gift to me for my youngest child before the big day (the manufacturer failed to let me know that the product was out of stock and I was scrambling!)
