I called Britt right away to calm my wife and he came— was there on the spot. Checked the roof, inspected everything and determined the big branch indeed was still on the roof but no harm was done.He took care of the heavy branch, cleaned it all up— problem solved.We count on Britt to keep both of our properties in McLean tip-top and he always beats our highest expectations.
