I highly recommend this company! I had a window emergency one evening, and Brent came out himself to help me board up a window before a storm hit. Then, he kindly helped me find the most beautiful new windows for the front of my home. He also provided great people to help me with another small ceiling and roof issue. The work was finished timely and was outstanding. As a single-person and homeowner, I felt so safe and cared for by Brent and his team. They are the best!

When it comes to roofing, this company can handle the job. I used them to repair storm damage on my tile roof and replace the rubber membrane on the top. They put together the quotes for all aspects of the damage including roof membrane repair, sourcing subcontractor for part of the repair and handling inside water damage. Submitted the package to my insurance company along with pictures of the damage. The whole process couldn’t have been smoother. They are easy to talk to, and they kept me updated during entire process. On any roof related issue, I will call NAContractors.

A tree fell on my house. Clint came out wrote an estimate to repair and sent it to me and my insurance company. They approved. North American Contractors repaired the facia, shingles and soffit. It’s as good as new. Great job!

Joe is the best! Years ago, a storm came through and blew a section of gutter off of the house, leaving it dangling. North American Contracters was quick to respond to repair the gutter at a very reasonable price. Recently, Joe came out to replace a section of gutter that needed to be larger, and, again, the response was quick and on time. This is a family owned business that is absolutely 5 stars! Highly recommend!

They responded to my request very quickly and was able to get Clint Ross out to our house on the same day to inspect the damage. Clint arranged to come out the very next day to do the repair. This company did an excellent job replacing my roof! They were reasonable on cost, professional, responsive and very easy to work with. The roofing crew does good work, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they cleaned up after the job. The sales rep Clint Ross was terrific....he kept me informed every step of the project and made personally sure I was satisfied with the work done! It's refreshing to work with an honest company. We hired North American Contractors to install our roof due to hail damage. The handles everything with the insurance company. They completed the job in 1.5 days and did an excellent job. They covered the flowers and shrubs so they weren’t damaged during installation and they cleaned up the mess when the job was done. We noticed gutters that were damaged due to the roof installation and let North American know, and they were out the SAME DAY and replaced all of our gutters! I was AMAZED! We are very satisfied with them and would absolutely refer them to friends and use them again. They are very responsive as well. Thank you for great work and excellent customer service!!

I had a piece of siding that wasn't installed by another company correctly blow off due to a recent storm. Josh was able to reinstall it correctly and took the extra steps to make sure it was secure at no charge. From the start every interaction with someone from the company was professional and transparent. I will definitely use for any future needs and highly recommend!

Joe with North American was absolutely wonderful! We had hail damage but the insurance company didn’t want to pay for new roofing. Joe was able to come up with a plan to send to the insurance company and they came through! I can’t thank Joe and North American Contractors enough!!

Josh did some great work on a siding repair job. North American also did the job for $350 less than the other company I got to give me an estimate. All around a great experience.

Josh Timm and the crew of roofers were total professionals throughout the whole process. They had my roof completed in one day and other than a beautiful new roof there was no sign that they had ever been there once they were done. Josh worked well with both me and my insurance company throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend North American Contractors. I have an older home and needed new siding on a large portion of the house. Rob and his crew did a great job helping me decide which portions of the house needed replaced. They recommended a great siding product that matches the rest of my house and fit my budget. The quality of their work was great. The painting and gutters really helped restore my house to its original look. I did experience some delays in getting the work done but this was due to factors outside of their control. Throughout the project communication was accurate and consistent. I will be using North American Contractors again in the future.

These people do excellent work, quick and professional. Always there for questions if needed. It was a great experience for me in a situation I was not looking forward to, but ended up being fantastic because of the way they are. Just great company.

They were punctual and always with great communication and they put down a big tarp for their trash which caught all the nails ! Discussed with me hidden problems but charged me nothing extra ! I would recommend this company to my Mother and would feel very comfortable! They are young but old school

During a late summer thunderstorm we had water pouring through our ceiling light fixture. NAC was out within 2hrs to assess the problem and tarp our roof. Working with our insurance company and NAC to get a new roof was a breeze. The quality of work, materials and extra warranties is impressive. I can't wait to hire NAC again in the spring to paint/replace trim on our home.

Used North American for a major remodel of our house exterior! Great teams, professional, and competitive pricing! Also we’re flexible with us during some changes throughout the project. A couple minor delays in schedule, but not outside norm for this level of a project, and outside their control. Highly recommend!

I had my 25 y.o. siding replaced by North American Contractors. The installers did a good job replacing the old siding and trim, but we had to wait on the painters to finish painting the trim. One of the painters suffered an injury (not at my location) and could not finish the job. It was at least a couple of weeks before another painter was hired. The total project took a couple of months from the time the siding was installed until all the trim was painted. All in all the siding and painting looks good and I would recommend North American Contractors. Joe was great to work with and the installers and painters did a good job.

Great contractors to work with. Everyone was really helpful, and they did a great job with communication. I have many bad experiences with contractors in the past, but I would definitely use North American Contractors again. They did a window project for me, and everything looks great. Installed everything quickly and they were very professional throughout the process of getting everything set up. They communicated time frames well and kept me informed of all details on the status of the project. Excellent communication, excellent work, excellent service.

In spite the fact my husband gave Mike our salesman a hard time , he was very professional and never lost his composure, he was very respectful and worked very hard with our insurance company. They used quality materials and made sure the area was cleaner than when they found it. The roof looks awesome. I would've given a 5 star but Mike forgot the receipt :-) it was a very long day for him. For me the entire process was frustrating no fault of the company. Mike walked us through the entire process and explained everything in detail. Can't go wrong with them

GREAT COMPANY, WOULD RECOMMEND 10/10 TIMES! I had a minor roof leak in one section of my house. North American Contractors came out and gave me a very reasonable and fair quote. They handled themselves with a lot of character and provided the best customer service. They educated me on the problem, did not not try to sale me a whole new roof like some other companies and performed the repair within a week of the initial estimate. If I ever have any other issues they will be my first call.

Not only did NAC fix the roof issue, Joe (Sales Rep./Estimator) recommended additional gutters which was a much-appreciated and effective repair.
From start to finish, the project was as promised.

I used North American Contractors to rip off and replace my entire roof as well as add gutters to my detached garage. I worked with Joe from my first estimate through to the last payment. Joe was punctual for every meeting we had and always came prepared to discuss what needed to happen to get the project done.
Joe was responsive outside of our meetings via text message and kept me up to date on the scheduling of the work to be done. Even though they were delayed a few days due to rain, Joe kept me in the loop the entire time.
Once his team started on the roof, they finished it up in about a day and a half. They took care to protect the yard and any of the plants around the house. They also did an admirable job of cleaning up after themselves.
They did a great job working with the insurance company. Joe was able to meet with the inspector and spent the time to show exactly where the roof had been damaged due to weather. They were happy to work with the insurance company and the mortgage company to ensure the process was smooth and painless from my side.
Would definitely recommend you use North American Contractors if you ever need a roof replaced.

This company did an excellent job cutting some of my fiber cement board siding, putting up large wood slabs of wood, and installing new light fixtures on my home. The workers did a nice job and were on time. This company is great to work with!
