What Users Like The Least

Roof leaks around chimney, not sure he replaced old flashing, he has returned three times to fix and it still leaks.
Called another roofer and they have just put black goo around the fireplace.
He currently isn't returning my calls.

We have had nothing but excellent service on not only our personal home but investment properties as well. Mr Long is very honest and really goes the extra mile to make sure we are covered, even helping with the insurance hassle. 10/10.

Roof leaks around chimney, not sure he replaced old flashing, he has returned three times to fix and it still leaks. Water is getting in insulation, luckily no leaking through ceiling drywall. Called another roofer (reputable one) and they have just putting black goo around the fireplace. Estimate to clean up this mess and have done correctly is $4,750,and the shingles may not match. after already paying $17,500 for new roof. He currently isn't returning my calls. Also, it took them three weeks to replace my roof. He is a super nice guy, and I hate to leave a bad review, but it is what it is.
