I did not make it to the point of doing business with this company. A phone discussion to arrange a quote revealed that this company insists on meeting all parties, which sounds like a good idea on the surface. However after explaining the key decision makers are me and our general contractor (who we have a deep trust with), the owner still insisted that my husband be present. I offered a secondary visit after we've narrowed the list down and they were not interested. I explained the logic on our end to explain why we are doing it this way, but the owner kept saying that they focus on relationships and knowing who they're doing business with. We agreed that we would not be a good fit for each other.

I shared the details with my husband after the call and to nobody's surprise, he was as annoyed and confused as I was and reiterated to me that he's not interested in sitting through every roofing bid and doesn't give a damn what gets installed on the roof. Lol

So make of this interaction what you will. At the end of the day, if there's a leak from a poorly installed roof, my relationship with a company is not going to change my expectation that they come out and fix it.

Contracted with Nordic to repair/replace siding, paint our house ext, and replace out front door. Wonderful experience. Upon inspection, Jeremiah recommended that since most of the siding was I. Good shape, replace the bad ones only. Nordic sourced old growth siding and replaced most of the bad ones and patched the remaining ones. Hope they can find more reclaimed siding and replace a few more. Paint job looks great, and so so nice to have a front door that closes properly. Stayed in contact during the work and have followed up since. Would hire again.

We had a great experience with the Nordic team. Our windows were replaced with three big improvements, upgraded to a bay window, added a second sliding door, and added french doors. The guys were professional and courteous. Even with unforseen delays the whole team worked hard to be sure we felt cared for. We will gladly use and refer them again.

5-star service from start to finish. We are very happy with our new porch. Everyone was great to work with. I thought it might be a little chaotic doing the construction while relatives were visiting for our daughter's graduation, but they were so efficient that it wasn't a disruption at all.

We reached out to Nordic Roofing to replace our aging roof that was having consistent leaks. We had used Nordic Home Solutions before for interior work and knew the quality of the work was superb as well as over the top customer service. As homeowners, we had never replaced a roof before so Nordic Roofing took the time to walk us through the entire process and educate us with different types of roofing materials. When the work started the crew was very efficient and cleaned up the job site daily. We are very impressed with the high quality roof and love that it comes with the Nordic Shield.
