Very pleasant and professional. I had a soft spot on my roof. He came right out gave me a quote . Very reasonable. He did the repair and more. He found a hole in another part of my roof and fixed it too. Have already got other things in mind for him to fix. He's my new go to person when I need something repaired. Definitely recommending norbert construction for anyone that needs a repair.

Very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I sent Norbert Construction an email a week ago describing my problem - kitchen ceiling leaking when it rained, but not every time. (I had previously called a roofing company who came out and couldn't find the problem.) Norbert set up an appointment, after checking the forecast for a day it was supposed to rain, he reconfirmed the appointment the day before also. The morning Norbert showed up on time, he first checked in my attic for any signs of leaking. He took pictures, which he showed me, and then went up on the roof to pinpoint where the bad area was. He took more pictures on the roof, to explain what he saw and explained what he was going to do. He fixed the spot and told me to call him if the problem ever showed back up. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of a roofer or any construction work done.
