These guys are the best! They are so knowledgeable and honest. I trust them and have used them many times. Every time I need their help they go above and beyond all expectations. I appreciate them so much. I'm so glad they are in my hometown ❤️

I had a fantastic experience with Norado Roofing! From start to finish, they were incredibly prompt and professional. They arrived on time, assessed the roof, and immediately got to work. There were a couple of spots that needed to be repaired. Mr. Elias sent pictures of the trouble spots and kept me informed the whole time. They not only repaired any spots that needed attention but also made sure the entire job was done flawlessly. The cleanup was impressive – my yard was left spotless, and the roof looks amazing. I highly recommend them for anyone needing roofing services.

Norato Roofing did an excellent job on replacing my roof, very professional and hardworking group of roofers the work was done in record time (1 day). Mr Elias was very good with communicating with me as to what needed to be done and after getting 3 estimates he came in with the best quote. We recently had a new roof installed by Norato Roofing and I was so impressed by the quality of the work and the professionalism of the company. I had damage done by a falling tree which required a complete reroof. The estimator, Elias, came out and did a top to bottom appraisal of the project and gave us an estimate that was quite reasonable. They did the work on two hot 94 degree days and the workers still managed to enjoy their work - they laughed, talked, sang and whistled as they worked and provided a neat, clean and professional roof. I highly recommend them!

Norato Roofing has given an excellent service to our home! I’m am beyond thrilled with the craftsmanship on the new roof! They are genuine, hardworking and superior in service to all others! I didn’t even go to anyone else for estimates bc I knew quality is priceless! And pricing was spot on!! I no longer have to come home and worry if my roof is going to hold on another day! The previous roofer did a pathetic job and Mr. Norato explained to me why my roof was failing. He calmed my fears and assured me it would be done right! I highly recommend Norato!!

Have been trying to get them to get back in touch for over a month to get the paint color and brand name used so I can make a match to other places on my house, nothing yet. Also, had to pick up nails to avoid flat tires around the house, and cigarette butts around the pump house. No worries, I have what I need to complete my plans to repair my house.

I’m very pleased with responding so quickly. Called that morning said he’d be here at 3:30. He was very prompt went on roof to see what was needed took pictures, said he’d be here the next morning and he was. 1 hour early and gone by 10. We had a new roof put on 5 years ago (not him) and the vent over the stove when we would have a monsoon rain would leak into my microwave and on my stovetop.

About two storms ago we had a tree breakoff a limb and stuck in our roof. What to do! We called a friend and they called Norato.

Had a tree fall on my house during a wind storm on Dec 23,2022. Called Norato & Ken came out immediately. He looked at all the damage including gutter replacement & a hole on the porch ceiling where a branch went through. He looked at it all & guaranteed they could repair it all. I asked again & he told me to look at their business card, that listed gutter replacement repair, construction, etc… The workers came the next day, very kind & efficient. They were almost done & Ken had forgotten to get the ridge vents. He asked if I wanted them. I told him it was on our contract & he failed at that. Came back with cheaper vents than I had before. When I asked abt the gutters, he said they would get to it. I asked abt the porch hole & he said they didn’t do that kind of work. I told him we had discussed it & it would fall under ‘unforeseen damage & the price is variable’. Said this in front of my security camera. They left. He came back on Thursday angry, jerked the sign out of my yard, & came to ask me to withdraw from the ‘agreement’. I told him it was a co tract, not an agreement & I would not sign it. I don’t believe he was telling Jose the truth. He sent me a txt the next week asking if I still needed gutter work & I replied ‘Yes, please. I never heard back. I called Jose to try & work it out. He even came over & I showed him the things left undone. Then I get a notice from a well respected attorney in town that they had out a lien on my home & were going to sue me for the half payment for things that weren’t completed. I got my response & documents & pics & sent them to the attorney. Ends up, no lawsuit, no payment due & the lien will be taken off my home. Ken certainly took advantage of me being a single woman that didn’t know squat. They get to lay the legal fees & I still may take them to court. Just my story with them. They do great roofing repairs but left me hanging with the rest of the mess…

Norato Roofing is an awesome company to work with. I called them because my roof needed to be replaced due to wind damage. Elias came from Sanford all the way to Hope Mills to meet with me. Elias communicated with me via phone and text and was very prompt. The process was effortless and the bid for the job was very reasonable. Elias walked me through what I needed to do and kept me informed of dates/times, and any changes that came up with the schedule due to inclement weather. The entire team was very professional, friendly, and very appreciative. I actually got them lunch & a cooler of drinks because they were working so hard in the hot sun. They cleaned up all of the debris that occurred during this process and left my home, looking just as clean as when they arrived. I would most definitely recommend this company and I am also very appreciative of the awesome job that they did!

One year later, and I can say that I am still happy with the architectural shingles that Norato Roofing installed on my home.

Does good work for a fair price. Ken is very punctual. Always on time if not early for the estimate phase. Excellent front man. Jose Norato the owner who schedules the work has scheduled 2 different jobs for me and did not show up both times on the day scheduled. Didn't even call me to let me know the 1st time. If you are OK with that inconvenience you won't find a better roofer anywhere. Just expect delays.

Elias and the employees I interacted with were incredibly professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Norato Roofing is the most reliable, punctual, and professional contracting company I've encountered in quite a while. I called, Mr. Elias responded to call. He came out, inspected my parents roof, provided the estimate exactly when he said he would, ordered the roofing materials and replaced the roof. He is kind, personable, professional, and a man of integrity. They also did the same for my roof this week. When I returned home, there was no evidence that they were even there outside of the impeccable job that was done on our roof. A thousand thank you's to Norato Roofing and Mr. Elias.

Repaired cupola after weather vane blew off during a a storm. They were prompt, on time very professional and a fair price.

I called Norato Roofing to check my roof as I had some water damage in a ceiling. That same day, Jose, the owner, returned my call and came to see the damage to my ceiling. He said he knew exactly what the problem was and would come out the next day to fix the roof.

The next day, Jose repaired the roof, took photos to show me the problems and repaired some sections that were not causing a problem but ultimately would in the future for the same quoted price. He was exactly right when he said he knew where the problem was. The repairs were done correctly and promptly. Thanks Jose for a job well done, and then some.

Since moving to Wilmington, I've not had the best experiences with contractors/ repair people from the simplest to more involved projects involving my new home which is over 100 years old! Hard to establish trust when you get estimates from one extreme to the other for the same work. I have to say that David from Narado Roofing has been nothing short of exceptional. He followed up after the estimate (the other 3 did not). He took his time and understood what I needed and explained in detail everything that needed to be done in order to achieve that. He and his crew came on time when they said they would. He went over and beyond what was expected because of the poor condition of my roof and corrected these issues to ensure a complete professional warranted job.He is honest and fair and takes great pride in his work. For me, that says everything. The job was completed in a few days and he checked everything that was done afterwards. He's a good person and I highly recommend this company!

They replaced the roof on our house we were moving into as well as some damaged wood. They were able to meet us at our existing home and new home to get everything sorted out. They completed everything in a day and cleaned up when they were done. Great communication and kind people. They called later to make sure there were no issues and to make sure we were satisfied with our new roof.

Mr Norato's crew repaired my fascia board and shingles. They paid attention to detail and made sure I was happy with the work. Very curteous to me. I would definitely hire them again for roofing work.

When I called to find out if they repair or replace vinyl on metal fascia, the woman answering the phone said they did not deal with Realtors. I explained I was making the call for the seller and she would work directly with, and be paid by, the seller she repeated she didn't work with Realtors???

Ken was very helpful and responsive and communicated well on the whole process. The installers showed up around 9 am, and did such a great cleanup job that you never would've guessed I just had the roof replaced. Exceptional job. Very pleased.

We had our shingles replaced and everything about this was top notch. I had my beach house re shingled and did not receive the same level of workmanship or professionalism that I did with Norato Roofing. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Returned our calls quickly. They were very respectful and nice. My wife is not comfortable dealing with contractors solo based on previous experiences, BUT Norato was a great exception! She enjoyed their friendliness and expedient work! Thank you, Norato!

This is a very nice water park with a lot of attractions. The only drawbacks are the lines for attractions and the pricey food.

I contacted Noratos about getting an estimate on replacing my aged shingle roof. They replied quickly (within 24hrs), and they had a knowledgeable rep out to my house within roughly another 24hrs (soonest I was available). The rep's name was Ken, and he knew his business, was willing to explain things to me, did not seem as like he was talking down to me when I had questions, and he was not pushy about making a sale. His quote was good for 30days. During that time I contacted another local company. This other company had a better price, however, the owner (who came to do the quote) was very pushy about the sale and seemed to be one of those fast talking used car salesmen. Because of that I chose to have Noratos do my roof. INSTALL: The workers arrived in the morning (but not super early) and made quick work of tearing off my old shingles and putting on my new ones. As I am typing this the workers are doing their final walk around my house with magnets and garbage bags to collect the last bit of debris. The new roof looks great. I will try to post an update in a year or 2 as to how the roof is holding up, but I'm sure ill be able to get atleast 30yrs out of it. My only concern, during the quote, Ken advised that a "cricket" would be best at my chimney (site of a leak on the old roof), so going with his advise I said id pay for that to be done. However today during the install the crew leader said that my roof/chimney did not need the cricket and that new/larger flashing would work just as well. I will be watching this spot in the coming months and if there is a problem I trust that Norato's warranty will take care of it.

We were very pleased with the professionalism, quality of work, and customer service from Norato Roofing & Construction Co., Inc. Norato replaced the existing asphalt shingle roof with an architectural shingle style roof system to include ridge vents. In addition, the work included wrapping the existing wood fascia with 29-gauge metal and repaired a roof leak along a vertical wall. The aesthetics of the roof and appearance of the metal fascia (quality of custom work) was outstanding and contributed greatly to the overall curb appeal of our home. Norato Roofing did a great job!! However, I would not recommend working with a contractor outside of the company. The contractor with whom we worked seemed to be interested only in how he could profit at our expense. He was not reliable and was unprofessional.

We are very pleased and impressed! Polite, personable, and helpful. Jose called me back the same day that I requested an estimate and came to the house the same day and gave us an estimate after that he came back and spent considerable time with us answering our questions and addressing our concerns. His project manager, Danny, was amazing on site and took time to talk with us while his crew cleaned up and used magnets to make sure all nails were cleaned up. His crew came early and tore off 2 layers of old shingles and put on the new metal roof in 1 day! I can't say enough good things!

Our newly purchased home came with a warranty and a roof leak!

We had the roof inspected by Norato Roofing, chosen by 2-10. Found out that a window is the cause of the leak--not covered by warranty.

The contractor made promises about providing an estimate to do the work (he proposed two alternatives for the repairs) then never followed through. After two weeks of waiting and calling for the estimate so we could proceed I am done with Norato Roofing.

I will find a provider on Angie's List and also give this Norato Roofing an "F" rating.

We think he was just interested the payment provided by 2-10 and our $75 inspection fee.and never intended to follow through with the actual work despite our needing it done.

I recommended that 2-10 should find a DIFFERENT roofing contractor to represent it in the future.
