Don’t believe Noland’s 5 year warranty! We had our roof replaced by Noland—Michael DeSanto was our contractor. After 3 1/2 years we had rotting soffits. We called Michael & he came to check the problem. He suggested several possible causes but seemingly could not figure it out; he would not take responsibility for water leaking through cracks from the roof that were pointed out to us by another contractor. Michael refused to even work with us despite the promised 5 year guarantee. So we had to pay another contractor to replace soffits & run two extra rows of shingles over the existing gutter toppers…problem solved, no thanks to Noland Roofing!

Awesome customer service!!
Noland Roofing was at my neighbors house and I said "hey, I need someone to take a look at my roof because I had a leak"
When he finished with my neighbor he came over said I can take a look now if you like. He walked the roof noticed some issues. Said I don't think you need to replace it right now. Told me what to look for to know when it needs replacing and took care of the problem that was causing my leak. No charge. AMAZING considering the 13k another company wanted to replace the roof. He also took pictures so he could show me and explain. So knowledgeable, courteous, caring and professional.
I would recommend to anyone looking for any of their services!
