When they cold call you and you ask them to many questions they will hang up. When you call them back they blame it on new people, I don't want these "new" people around my largest investment. Imagine what happens when you call them for warranty issues. Buyer be ware. There is no retort that Noble can make that will make their way of doing business acceptable.

I recently hired Noble Exteriors to install a new roof on my mom’s home, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I’ll admit, there are a lot of roofers to choose from in Omaha — and even some companies from out of town looking to make a quick buck after a hailstorm. It was a bit overwhelming trying to decide who to trust.

What led me to choose Noble Exteriors came down to a few key things. First, they’re local and have been in business for many years, which means they have both the experience and the reputation to back up their work. Second, integrity — something that feels rare these days — and they truly live up to it. Third, the quality of their work was outstanding. They showed up exactly when they said they would, completed the job beautifully, and left everything spotless when they were done.

I even had to call them for a small issue afterward, and they were at my mom’s house the very next day to take care of it without hesitation. My mom and I are both extremely picky (thanks to my dad!), and Noble Exteriors exceeded our expectations in every way.

Customer service is also incredibly important to me, and Shane and Ernie were exceptional to work with — professional, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile. I truly believe you can’t go wrong with Noble Exteriors, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Ernie and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof after hail damage. Ernie helped us select the perfect color and added additional vents to our roof. He helped answer questions regarding the insurance claim. Noble Exteriors completed our large roof on our 2 story house in a day and cleaned up very efficiently! Thank you Ernie and Noble Exteriors! Amazing company. The owner Ernie of Noble exteriors was so kind and so patient with us. We are first time homeowners and he explained to us everything and how it goes with insurance. He really took the time to reassure us and how everything was gonna work and the day that they installed our new roof, his workers were so quick and they made sure they picked up all the nails from installing the roof, just to make sure that my dogs don’t step on a nail and get hurt. I will be always recommending them to people. ❤️⭐️

I’d never experience a hail storm like this one in June and honestly I didn’t know how the hell to handle it. Shane (one of their guys) pretty much just took the reigns and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I’ve got a new roof now and from when the hail hit it only took about week. Noble handled a large insurance claim for me which included new roof, exterior paint and new gutters. They were easy to work with and very responsive. Work was done professionally and on schedule. All I had to do was sit back and they handled everything for me. Would highly recommend.
