No Leak Roofing

I had a very good experience with this company Oso came and did my estimate he was very professional and very knowledgeable. No leak roofing repaired my roof and as their name says not a leak to be found, and I live where there has already been some serious downpours and it has even withstood hail!! Great job!!!

I had a free estimate done by Oso and I was highly impressed with his professionalism! He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what my options were. I especially appreciated that he took a video of his findings to show me exactly what areas needed the most work since I was too chicken to get on the roof myself lol Overall very happy with my experience!

In October 2018, we had several areas on our roof that developed leaks after seasonal rains. Belding/No Leak Roofing was recommended to us by a friend who'd used them previously for roof repairs. We dealt with Randy and others, who were very professional and responsive. They did a timely full inspection, found problem areas on the roof as well as other potential leak spots (that 2 other roofers missed), and repaired them all. They also repaired the interior ceiling that had suffered water damage, and thoroughly inspected all the wood between the ceiling and roof in that area. Now, almost three years later, our roof has withstood many storms; we've just had an inspection (no charge under our repair contract) and the roof is in fine shape, including those areas that were repaired by No Leak Roofing. We highly recommend this company.

Very straightforward assessment and estimate. No pressure. Price was a bit too high for our need on our rental property.

Upon seeing how simple my tile re-insertion job was, Zach did it for nothing (others wanted $100 or more.) All he asked in return was the chance to sell has roof sealing and warranty plan, which he did briefly, courteously, and without pressure. Though I am not ready to sign up to that at this time, I will certainly call on him for any future roofing jobs.

Belden Industries was one of the best service companies I dealt with in New Mexico. They responded promptly when I contacted them for an estimate. There estimate was the lowest I received from 4 companies. In addition they offered a five warranty with annual reinspections. There work was scheduled in a timely manner and started on time, was very good and they cleaned up after themselves. I would strongly recommend that you consider them for your roofing and other needs.

Belding industries was the best for fixing the leak in my roof. After getting a few estimates from other places in town, Belding Industries was the more affordable option plus they also offer warranty on their work. They were easy to do business with and even followed up to make sure everything was fixed correctly. I definitely recommend them!

Terrible customer service. I had to call 5 times over 2 weeks to get the estimate moving. Estimate changed every time I spoke with someone on the "what" they were going to do but the price never changed to reflect the less work every time. Invoice specified valleys to be sealed with mortar but the "great stuff foam" was clearly used instead. The repair was bright white on my brick red spanish tile roof, they came back and colored changed/painted it so it wasn't so contrast. NO communication to me that anyone was coming to my home on another day for this additional step, I suppose they figured that since they had been there before they are welcome to come anytime they want as 2 weeks after that a person come to do a final inspection, calling only 30 minutes in advance that they were arriving and my neighbor has photos and video of this someone on my roof, again not really with any permission from me. Never heard from anyone on what the "final results" were of that inspection. The product that they advertise to use is great, however, go with another company that will respect you, your time, your property, and wallet.
