I call this morning regarding a roofing issue for The Open Arm Foundation. Although they are not expected to come out until Friday, the level of relief that I felt after the conversation with Aaron. Having an issue with your roof is stressful enough but when your business has roof leakage issues (at a location where all you want to do is serve and be of service to those in need and unable to do so) is not only stressful but the level of anxiety is on an all time high. All you want to to hear is that the project will be done completed and done right.

Aaron was patience and compassionate as I shared my concerns. I will highly recommend NIR... I cannot wait until Friday. I am super excited. Feels like an early Christmas present.

I have been using NIR for the last 3 years for roof repairs and maintenance. It is the best decision I have made regarding our commercial property. We signed up for the annual maintenance agreement and they make scheduled maintenance intervals to repair and maintain our roof. They always take before and after pictures and are extremely detailed in describing the work they do. Joel has been outstanding and I always recommend their service.

NIR roof care is the best company to use for your roofing needs! Matt comes out to our building (Gardiner Place) frequently and he always does a great job! I love the great customer service and communication with NIR. if you’re looking for a great company with reasonable prices, you should check out NIR roof care!

Amazing Amazing Amazing, I Have used NIR at 2 facilities I manage, I have nothing but good to say about this company. We had a leak issue, We called another roofing company to come out and resolve the issue,, they charged us in access of $2500 and still we had the issue, after going back and forth with them, we decided to try NIR roof, They came out and within few minutes found the cause of the leak and billed us less than $1000, we were so impressed that we even signed a roof care plan with them.

At a another facility I manage, I had NIR roof come out and resolve some leak issues we were also having, this is an older building so there were a number of issues, I must say 99% of the issues have been resolved, John T from NIR has come several times and is working with us to resolve this issue,
