My husband and I recently purchased our first home, and due to a prior history of mold-related illness (CIRS) and chemical sensitivity issues for myself, we knew that we would need to test and remediate for mold in our new basement/crawl space. Not only did Greg and his team do an excellent job removing the mold and repairing a few foundation cracks using an efficient and thorough approach, but he also provided a lot of education on proper maintenance and prevention to avoid dealing with these issues again in the future. He made himself available to us and answered our many questions throughout our home buying/inspection process, and was a pleasure to work with during an otherwise stressful time. Mold remediation is tricky (especially for those with environmentally acquired illnesses) and not everyone does it correctly, but we know we have been in great hands with Greg and his team. Greg and his team did an excellent job providing crawl space cleanup, removal, sealing foundation cracks and installing a vapor barrier in my crawl space. Alliance did an AMAZING job cleaning out four crawl spaces in our basement. They removed all the old insulation, cobwebs, debris, etc. and then sealed everything up, put in new vapor barriers and insulation and installed a new dehumidifier. The basement finally feels clean! On top of the fantastic job, Greg and Jose were a pleasure to work with. They were always on time and kept me up to date on the project as it went along. I would highly recommend them!

The vapor barrier in our crawl space was 30+ years old. It was torn and had moving boxes on top of it from the previous owners of the house. Alliance Restoration redid the vapor barrier in our crawl space. Not only did the remove the old vapor barrier, but they went up the walls and sealed everything. I was amazed that they sealed the vapor barrier to the side of the cement ledge. It looks so much better. They even went the extra mile and cleaned all the cobwebs in the crawl space. They did an excellent job and would highly recommend them.

Cut and removed drywall and old insulation. Sealed a crack in our foundation. Did a walk around the home and let us know about another concerning area. Great service from the moment I called! Affordable, were available same day, arrived on time. Would recommend to anyone with a leak in their basement!

I contacted Alliance Restoration after I noticed a small crack in my foundation and some water seepage after a heavy rainfall. When we contacted Alliance, they asked us to send some photos via text message to their phone number. By actually seeing the issue, they were able to triage the situation (calm me down!) and could schedule a time and provide an estimate. Based on the photos they were able to estimate time and cost and it didn't require a separate trip for an estimate! With busy schedules, its hard to be home for a specific period twice, once for the estimate and again for the work. When they came, there were extremely professional, did very clean and neat work. They were even great with my 4 year old son who was very curious what they were doing. They left my basement cleaner then when they arrived. I cannot recommend Alliance Restoration highly enough. Please consider them for any service they provide. I can tell from their work and my conversation with them that they take pride in everything they do, and any service they offer will be of the highest quality.

We used Alliance Restoration for crawl space encapsulation. They were very respectful of our property and were very professional. The crawl space was extensively cleaned and the dirt was leveled out and the vents sealed. Beautiful white vapor barrier liner was installed on the walls and floor and piers / support columns. They wore PPE, ventilated the work area and were very safety conscious. They did a fantastic job! The office staff was also super nice and helpful. Their quoting process and payment system were top notch. We highly recommend them!!!

I was having some issues with an occasional mildew smell when my heater kicked on. I had already had my furnace and vents professionally cleaned by a HVAC company so it wasnt likely it was something inside my vents. I spoke with Greg and explained my situation. He gave me some helpful tips to try and fix the issue over the phone. I have never dealt with a company who was willing to try and help a customer with a simple fix instead of charging for estimates, etc. It was refreshing and if his suggestion didnt fix my issue, I will definitely be going with alliance to find/fix my problem.

The restoration was done on time at 7:00 AM. The crew was extremely well trained and cleaned the entire area at completion. The office personnel answered all questions and provide the necessary documents for us. They were great to work with.

We couldn't be happier! Alliance performed work (crack repair and mold remediation) on our new home in early March, the week before we moved in - there were known foundation cracks, and the inspection also revealed a small amount of mold. From the first phone call, to the initial eval and quote, to the completion of work - everything was timely and professional. We elected to have them gut the small lower level (of our tri-level home), and are thankful we did - rotten floorboards and an additional crack were discovered. We were called and consulted prior to them doing some additional work that was required. The cracks were repaired, the containment process was excellent, and the work area was completely cleared of debris and was left tidy when they were finished. Then, all we had to do was wait for some torrential rain to see if the repairs worked! It is now June, and we've had 2 days of heavy rain - the type of rain that previously caused there to be water all over the lower level (this home was known to us for several years prior to purchase from a family member). I'm so thrilled to report that although our side yard is a lake (which normally meant that so was the basement), our basement is completely dry! Not a drop. We are so happy that we feel safe finishing the lower level now, and have some wonderful additional living and storage space. The cost for repair was 100% worth it. Thank you so much for everything!

I had mold in my attic and a crack in my foundation wall. Alliance remediated the mold and repaired the crack. Great company to work with. Their people are professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

It is apparently common to discover some mold in the attic during a home inspection prior to sale in this geographic area. Alliance was able to schedule an inspection for estimate and complete the work in a very timely manner. The receipt was also a report of the work completed with before and after photos. The crew arrived right on time and worked diligently to complete the project. All parties are happy with the work!
