Last fall my Mom flooded her basement so I called A-1 Restoration. Their expertise and quick helped minimize any long term damage.

Extremely professional. Set the appointment, they were on time, courteous, and extremely educated in their field. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for Restoration. They’re very. honest and will tell you exactly how things are. What we thought was going to be a major disaster, Brian came in and said everything looks good. He did not try to hustle us for small stuff, but told us everything was good to go. I highly recommend A1 Restoration to Everyone.

Imagine coming home and finding out that an upstairs toilet had been running for 30 min. The upstairs bathroom tile, bedroom and hall carpeting, collapsed dining room ceiling with damaged walls and carpet and of course water finds it way to the finished basement - all damaged. The hardest part of the entire ordeal was finding someone who would take on the whole job.

A friend recommended that I call Brian Dahl at A1 Restoration. Brian was amazing with how he handled the estimate for the insurance company providing them with a level of detail down to smallest task. After getting insurance approved he was quick to get the Job scheduled and once the work began everything was like clockwork with different tradesmen coming and going all nicely coordinated. I would have been lost as to where to start. The quality of workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend AI Restoration. Truly an amazingly positive experience!!!!

On a Sunday morning the church opened to find water standing in the entry and 1/3 of the sanctuary from a broken hose in a restroom. On Monday morning a call was placed to A1 Restoration to help us out. Brian Dahl, the operations manager, agreed to meet that afternoon. After reviewing the damage, Brian and an assistant met us the next morning at 8 AM to determine how difficult it would be to move the pews. All this before we signed a contract with his company. How many companies would do that? He and Armondo moved a total of 8 oak pews 13 1/2 ft long, lifted the carpet and cut out the water soaked carpet padding. It was only then the contract was signed and Brian had his crew bring dehumidifiers and fans to start the drying process that afternoon. By Friday mold retardant was applied, the padding was replaced, carpet stretched and put back down and those 8 pews moved back into place. The company left 2 dehumidifiers and 2 blowers to complete the drying process in the 2 restrooms that had the most moisture damage. Because of the response of A1 Restoration, services were held the next Sunday and it was like it never happened.

A refrigerator water line break caused damage to our kitchen and basement walls, flooring, and a few cabinets. A-1 Restoration quickly responded to the emergency and provided exceptional service throughout the entire restoration process. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed about the progress. Our home is back to 100% usable and we’re thrilled with outcomes. Earlier this year I had a catastrophic flood in my kitchen due to a burst pipe under the sink. When I arrived home, my entire hardwood kitchen and living room floor was soaked. After mopping up the surface water, my insurance company recommended A-1 Restoration due to the extreme satisfaction their clients reported after damage control and repair. Brian came out, assessed the damage, and a sequential plan was implemented to dry out the floor and subsequently replace it as well as some cabinets and trim. The crew was extremely polite, respectful of my situation and property. The repairs were done with a very high degree of accuracy and finish. Nothing was left undone. I was exceptionally pleased. During the rains we had over the last couple of weeks, I now experienced some flooding into my finished basement. I called Brian with a great deal of urgency, and of course, the crew showed up for me and dried out the area with dehumidifiers and fans, so that I could function well in the house and limit damage. The company, management and crew exceeded my expectations. I give them my highest recommendation.
