What a great company, called Dustin many times after storms or small leaks and he is always here and willing to help! Cannot ask for better service!

Dustin inspected my roof after a big hail storm. Provided a well documented report including pictures with the write up. All of this and they recommended NOT to replace my roof. In a world full of shady, storm-chasing roofing companies, Dustin and Nimbus is one you can trust!

This is the third roof I’ve put on my house due to hail damage. First time I’ve ever had a contractor do exactly what he said he was gonna do. Shout out to Dustin Moore a true professional in every way.

I’ve used Nimbus twice for roof damage repair after a storm. They were quick to respond, had someone out to do the repairs either same day or the next day (understood due to quite a bit of damage in the area) and the price was always great. I can’t recommend them enough.

We contacted Nimbus at the recommendation of our realtor after having an inspection on a house we're purchasing. The inspector suggested a 2nd opinion on what he thought might be hail damage. Dustin of Nimbus was very knowledgeable of the neighborhood and storm history. He assured us that the last big hail storm in that area was winter 2021 and if the roof was replaced after that it should be good. We confirmed it was replaced after that and he went to the house and checked the roof and found no damage...all at no cost. We greatly appreciate Dustin's knowledgeable, dedication and follow through and highly recommend Nimbus.

No one enjoys getting a roof replacement so let's start there. But, when you have to, it's nice to have a team like Dustin and Nimbus roofing to get in, get it done, clean it up and get out. They also handled all the annoying insurance haggling for us (the value of which truly cannot be quantified)
Did I want to pay for a new roof? Hell no. I also hope I never need his services again. But it was great while it lasted.

Me and my wife just bought our first home. The process was pretty overwhelming for us. Along the way, our inspector pointed out some exposed fiberglass on our roof. With is not having any knowledge of roofing, we found Nimbus, who is BBB accredited, and it made us feel better to work with a company with that accreditation per advice from our inspector friends. I spoke with Dustin and let him know that we got our house inspected and shared the results of what was found on the roof. Dustin was super cool, laid back and transparent. Without hesitation, he pointed out that I make sure the roof was in an insurable condition before purchasing a policy, coaching me through what he would do in our situation. Dustin didn't even stop there. Without me asking, he volunteered to go to the property himself, free of charge, and take a look at the roof reporting the condition. Fast forward, Dustin told me that our roof was not only in good condition, but had an impact resistant roof that was fairly new, and that our roof didn't need replacement at all! There are a ton of roof scammers out there, but I was shocked to hear of his ethical honest evaluation. Through his help, we were able to find the contractor who put on the roof. With Dustin's expert advice on the particular kind of roof and manufacturing supplies that were used on the job, me and my wife saved $1200 on our policy. Dustin didn't ask for anything in return. He only asked that realtors, selling agents and existing home owners trying to sell a home, be open transparent and helpful to the buyer, which is us. Hearing that we weren't getting that kind of service, Dustin went out of his way to help us, someone he never met, and someone who he didn't know. Other companies I contacted never contacted me back, but Dustin, even though he didn't even receive a dime from us, genuinely cared to make sure we were taken care of the right way. Respect and much love. If you want an honest company with integrity, go with Dustin and his team.

I would recommend them because they do excellent work! My roof was fixed and repaired with top of the line materials as the previous roofers in my area failed to do. I give them 5 stars because they are Great!!

Dustin/Nimbus did great work. We had independent inspectors review our roof before and after, the insurance company knew his work and he worked directly with them to insure we received what we deserved… all in a very satisfactory experience. No one wants to go through a new roof, but when you do I would use Nimbus again. Also, there clean up was perfect.

I called the company on Sep 26th at 12:46 pm for a roof inspection due to past leaking issues which is a builder defect and also wanted to know what the estimated cost be for a roof replacement. No one picked up at first but then Dustin called me back at 12:52 pm and said he could come out tomorrow to go through the details. We then set up an appointment on the next day Sep 27th at 11 am.

On the day of the appointment, he arrived at 11:19 am, I told him we moved from Ohio and currently don’t have house insurance so I would like to know what the estimated cost be if we decided to pay out of pocket. He then said he could do that and would charge me a consultation fee for the work, which I think is fair, but then I told him I’ll need to talk to my fiancé about it regarding if we want to do that and go further down the process, he said it’s fine we don’t need to do it now, but since I’m already here I’ll need to charge you $50 for the trip fee. I then replied you didn’t tell me there would be a trip fee on the phone yesterday. This is not about the amount of money, it’s about telling the customer upfront if there will be a trip cost just for you to come out so that the customer can decide if they want to proceed or not.

He then got frustrated and still tried to push it by talking in a passive-aggressive tone saying you’re wasting my time and if you can’t afford the $50 I wish you all the best, then walked away. (Left at 11:36 am, total stay time is 17 minutes.)

I highly suggest that instead of flaunting you’re able to make 500k a year to the customer, it’ll be better to explain to the customers any upfront fees through the phone or text first and better temper management.

I scheduled another company on the same day in the afternoon, did not get charged for a trip fee or a consultation fee, but received a whole roof inspection report with a replacement quote.

In conclusion, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and ignorant.

Updated response: All companies from electric, and plumbing to roofing companies will state if there’s a trip fee or consultation fee before making an appointment on the phone, which you didn’t do. You only told me there would be a $50 trip AFTER you arrived at the property. I said I was not going to pay and you said okay then walked away annoyed. Please inform customers beforehand if that’s how you perform your business and keep the tone professional. Wish you all the best and have a good day.

Dustin was awesome! He came out right away and was able to fix my roof leak. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind.

Nimbus did an outstanding job on staining our fence and adding wooden caps over the fence posts. It was done quickly and very reasonably priced.

Dustin was amazing. He came out within 2 hours of contacting him, quickly assessed the problem and had the repair done within another two hours. His fee was affordable and the repair has held up nicely!! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Called with leak in my roof, and Dustin was there in no time to analyze the issue and put up tarp in the suspected trouble spot in case it rained again. The very next day he had someone come out and do the repair work before any more rain came in. Could not be more happy!

This is a top tier roofing company. I have had lots of experience with roof replacements in DFW. You want a stable company (most are not), the most experienced roofers, and for the process to be clean and fast. Nimbus has done 2 jobs for me that included gutters and fence stain. Everything was done in under a week. Seamless communication with insurance, no nails or trash in mine or nor the neighbor's yards. Just awesome work.

I don’t normally write reviews, but when buying a house everyone has their hand out. It was my first house and I needed to get several specialists to come out and inspect the home.

I hired Nimbus to inspect the roof of the house I bought and whatever he didn’t charge me for the inspection or the repair. I’m definitely gonna use that guy next time I get a Hailstorm.

It was great info and had other people he could recommend for other services I needed.

When we noticed a leak from the storms, Dustin came out the same day we contacted him to check it out for us. He was wonderful to work with. Chris was great to work with for our roofing project. He helped us through understanding the insurance claim process and worked with us on new design and color options. We all know how crazy the weather in North Texas can get. Most can also relate to all the roofers knocking on doors right after a storm. Who do you choose? My situation was a little stressful. I have a pending home purchase when high winds and hail blew through after my home inspection cleared. Looking through google reviews, I shorted listed handful of roofers with high ratings. Chris at Nimbus was the only roofer that responded to me on a Sunday. All the other roofers were not interested in this small job. Not only did he respond, but he carefully looked at my pictures I sent him and was able to give his thoughts on it. He then asked if I wanted to get an onsite inspection. Keep in mind that this home was recently built and likely isn’t totaled and would just need minor repairs at most, yet Chris was still open to helping me out. I then contacted him after getting approval from seller agent, and Chris told me he would go out the next morning! He inspected it, called me up, and also went beyond his duty to flag down the builder and explained to them some concerns I saw on the roof. Trying to not make this sound like a commercial as this is my real experience, I am truly appreciative of Chris and Nimbus. This is how a great company builds relationships. When my roof gets destroyed by hail (which it will in Dallas area), I’m calling Chris.

Chris and the guys at Nimbus are awesome! I found a torn shingle in my yard a few days after a nasty storm, gave Chris a call, and he was out to look it over in no time. He looked over the roof and found another one or two that I couldn't see that were damaged, and got one of his guys out to fix it the very next day. Very practical and honest, none of the "you need to replace your roof" stuff you hear about and all that. Would use them again in a heartbeat without so much as a second thought!

We used Nimbus roofing to replace our roof after hail damage and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Nimbus came out to inspect the roof with our insurance inspector to make sure all damage was notated and submitted for approval. They did a temporary fix until we were approved. They came out to do work very soon after approval with payment of our deductible. When we had a leak on Thanksgiving before all the work was complete, someone came out to fix it even though it was a holiday. When it became apparent there was more damage, Nimbus reached out to our insurance and got the extra funds approved same day. There has also been a delay in paying them due to a mailing issue with getting the check endorsed by our mortgage lender. Nimbus has been super understanding. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Dustin and Crew did an outstanding job, as an old triads guy I can say he went over and above to make sure the job site was clean and neat at all times, I have a Solar System and he took on the challenge of finding a sub and making sure the system was uninstalled and reinstalled properly, I’m kind of a Jack of all trades and super anal about my retirement home and will now only trust Nimbus to do my Roof work and Fence/Pergola staining.
