Had an appointment scheduled for 11/12 but they claimed they came 11/11 and spoke to me. The ring camera didn’t show anyone coming by and I was home so my dog and I would have heard them on the roof.
They advised based on the pictures online that we would need to upgrade the entire roof. Pictures online are from before the renovation and before we bought the house.

Great service. Zack helped with the whole process and explained the steps so we were up to speed on the replacement. Zack took care of all insurance procedures and kept in contact with us about the progress and installation.

I worked with Zach to handle my roof insurance claim negotiation and to do the roof work. He handled everything with the insurance company and made the process very easy for me. He did a great job installing a new roof after we got our insurance settlement. He did such a good job I ended up hiring him for another roof job later!

I would strongly recommend using Nick’s roofing and siding for any of your exterior Home Improvement projects. I had hail damage to my home, when my insurance company sent out an adjuster, they were only going to pay for half my roof. Nick sent his star salesman, Zach to take on my job. He got the insurance company to pay for my entire roof and all the gutters to boot !! Nick’s crews were on time, polite and professional. Their craftsmanship was top notch as was the clean up when the project was finished. Nick and Zach took on a job that others contractors couldn’t and knocked it out of the park. They truly care about their customers and their homes. Wouldn’t use anyone else for my Home improvement project. Give Nick’s roofing a call, you will not be disappointed !!

Nick was very polite and his price was fair. His quote he gave me was the price I had to pay. There was no hidden charges. I would recommend his company to anybody. The crew cleaned everything up when they were finished.

They were great to work with, helped us get insurance coverage for repairs, and were great about coming back to address some minor updates needed after they finished. I recommend them highly.

Oh boy, our house is now that age. It's seems like just a couple years ago that we built but it's actually been 24.
So slowly but surely we've been working on all those age related projects and today was roof replacement day. Complete tear off of house and shed.
The crew arrived at around 7am and were completely done and cleaned up by 5pm. It's like they were never here!
A very polite, professional crew that kept the job site clean and treated my house like it was theirs; I can't recommend them enough!

Looking for a new roof wasn't as simple as my wife and I thought it would be. We had a few companies come out to give us an estimate. And that's exactly what we got, an estimate. Normally, I'm not one to be picky, but I expect a little bit more than an estimate and a few samples to look at when we are potentially spending $10k+. We gave Nick's Roofing a call and truly felt appreciated the way they do things. Everything was explained very thoroughly by Zach (sales guy), and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and every single one of our questions were answered. Nick's Roofing did an amazing job with our new roof, Zach walked us through the entire way! Any time we called, he answered. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. Absolutely the worst siding job I have ever seen. Every 2 months or so, the siding they decided to install in my house will start to bow and fall off. On closer inspection, they improperly installed the siding and decided to do a quick fix by nailing it into my house. When I tried calling to complain and address my concerns, they thought that dodging my calls and sending me straight to voicemail was the way to go. I had to call in my brothers phone to get an answer. Absolutely a terrible business and they will never get any of my money again.

Nick feels like he is doing us a favor after giving him the job. Very prepotent and rude. Came twice to measure windows (included with roof claim) to my house. Waited 3 months to get them. Got the wrong size windows. I noticed it and called the office to let them know while windows were laying on my family room. Nick came to double check size (not even responded to our “Hi”) took smaller window back. Never apologized or gave any update. Assuming they have to order it again and wait 3 more months?

2 employees replaced my roof in one day and don’t know anything about my siding yet.

UPDATE: You did absolutely nothing (CERO) things out of my insurance coverage. You wanted the last check so bad, even before finishing the job. At least say the truth!

They got me a new roof and siding approved through my insurance because of a storm that happened in may .work was great . excellent people to work with.highly recommended

I cannot speak for the company as a whole but Kevin M came out after a storm and I found him incredibly unprofessional, rude and arrogant! I decided not to go with his company because of his attitude as I do not want him representing me in any way shape or form!
You have a lot of choices when it comes to contractors in our area so find someone that is not rude! Way to drop the ball Kevin!

Had an emergency winter roof job. Nick came out and helped develop a plan including a shingle that would work best in the poor mid winter conditions. His crew came out and completed the job in one day including clean up. Will be using him again on other roof jobs.
