LEN Roofing and Remodeling did a great job replacing our roof, gutters, downspouts, soffits and fascia. They also installed bathroom exhaust fans and vents, fixed a stove ventilation duct, and added attic insulation for us. Their workers were friendly, professional and neat, and our house/yard work areas were cleaned up each day. I would highly recommend them for similar work!

We hired Len Roofing last summer to replace half of our roof. After getting other quotes (which were comparable), we chose Len Roofing for the personal level of service Mark and Julie provided. Mark came out to provide an initial estimate and then a few months later to verify details before install. Julie handled all of the logistics communication to make sure nothing got missed. The crew were prompt, polite and thorough, even completing a couple of repairs using siding we provided that were not included in the original estimate.

LEN installed a new roof, new Hardie board siding, new soffits/gutters and a new front door for us. We had five contractors quote the job, and Mark was by far the most courteous and transparent. All the quotes were in the same ballpark, but Mark's was slightly less than the others. We're very happy with the work and the responsiveness of Mark, Julie and their crews throughout the process. Of course, the project took longer than expected, but with shortages in supplies and labor and the uptick in home projects due to the pandemic, that wasn't a big surprise. Would highly recommend LEN - and in fact already have to friends.

LEN Roofing & Remodeling did a fantastic job on our roof and gutter repair. I had 3 estimates and decided to get a 4th when I heard about LEN Roofing on WBBM radio. I'm really glad I called them. Mark (the owner) was professional, authentic and realistic about what needed to be done. The small roof over our 2nd floor sunroom wasn't properly flashed and the gutter needed to be sealed. The backend of the main roof also wasn't properly flashed. They repaired it all and did a really great job for a very reasonable price. I know I can trust them to do what needs to be done, at a fair price and also to complete the job in a timely manner. If you need roof work done, call LEN Roofing.

Great job at a reasonable price. I would definately recommend this company. The roofing crew was exceptional with good attention to details. They were considerate of my neighbors and did a great job of cleaning up. Very happy with their work.

I highly recommend Len Roofing and Remodeling, a family run and friendly business. Mark, the owner, came out within a few days of my contacting the company. He spent a lot of time inspecting my roof and gutters and advising me on the work he recommended be done. He was patient with me while I asked numerous questions, provided me with a detailed and reasonable estimate a day or two later and did not pressure me in any way. Julie, Mark’s wife, kept me informed on when the work would start and other work related matters. The workmen did an outstanding cleaning up. I was especially impressed when it started raining late in the afternoon on the day the roof was being installed and, instead of throwing tarps on the uncompleted portion and leaving for the day, the crew covered the exposed portion of the roof and then sat in their vehicles for about 2 hours until the rain stopped. They then removed the tarps and completed the job even though it was getting dark. In fact, they had to finish using flashlights. Throughout the work during both the roof and gutter installation, Mark came by more than once to check in with the crew and ensure the work was being done properly. I would use Len Roofing again for sure.

I can't even remember how long ago Mark came over and evaluated the damage that needed to be repaired after we had a pipe burst. We already had the remediation completed long before, leaving us with missing drywall, etc. Mark said we would receive an estimate in 7 - 10 days. I waited over 2 weeks and received nothing. Since then, I have called the company twice and spoken to Nancy, letting her know that I fully understand the company is very busy, but that I do expect at least a phone call letting me know we weren't forgotten. After explaining this TWICE to Nancy two weeks apart, who promised we would get the estimate by a certain date (which we did not, nor did we receive any communication whatsoever), we are done. It's too bad because reviewers seem to like the work, but if I have to struggle to get any kind of response week after week, I am tired.

We've used LEN construction for a kitchen redo and a bathroom redo, and they were excellent for both. Extremely responsive to all our inquiries, up front about costs and helping to guide us through the process of what we'd need to do vs. what they could take of for us. Most of all, Mark and his guys are genuinely just very very nice. We plan to use them again in the future when our next project rolls around. And our dog may miss them most of all!

Mark was great to deal with, he was on time each time we met & his follow through on items were timely and as promised. On the day the roof was installed the workers showed up on time & did an excellent job on one of the hottest days of the year. When they left other than our beautiful new roof you would not have even known they where here. We are looking forward to future projects with Mark & Len Roofing & Remodeling.

Len Roofing tore off and replaced our entire roof, replacing all the ridge vents as well as four leaky skylights and some rotting plywood as a result of those skylights, and they did it all in one day. I was quite impressed (it’s a large roof) and extremely happy. They were very professional beginning with the estimate where Mark made me feel at ease because he was very knowledgeable and was extremely thorough. I had gotten other estimates which just plain left me uncomfortable with their lack of explaining what I needed and would be getting. Len Roofing did exactly what I hoped they would do and did it very conscientiously in one day and cleaned up after themselves very much to my liking. I can not say enough nice things about the whole experience.

From start to finish it has been a pleasure working with Mark and his team. Always professional, on time and most of all caring about how to improve our space. They were challenged to take a townhouse and transform the living space into an open wonderful new open single family feel! Nailed it! Pun intended.
