Nick, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. Best estimate out of four roofing companies in the area and he was able to get the job done 4 days later, a day earlier than he originally said they could start the work. Him and his team did a complete tear off and re-shingle in 8 hours, very quick! Nick also pointed out some issues with the existing roof and made the necessary changes so I would not have problems in the future. His team worked fast, and cleaned up as if they were not even there! Very satisfied with the craftsmanship and professionalism from Nick's Roofing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing contractor in the Kenosha area!

Nick's did a great job on our roof. But as they were working one of the men put his foot through the ceiling in the bedroom. Debris and dust everywhere. We expected it to be cleaned up and fixed but they felt no obligation to do so. No clean up, no installing of new drywall to our ceiling - about 1'x3' in size. Not even an apology. If you use this company be absolutely sure to add to the contract that they will fix any damage and completely clean up the area.

We went with these guys after getting scammed by another roofing company a few months ago. Nick's did an awesome job fixing their mistakes and went above our expectations. Well worth the money we paid for the piece of mind.

Nicks was a very professional organization. The quality of the materials used, the craftsmanship of the installation team, the thoroughness of the installation team, and the cleanliness of the job site when finished was the best I have ever seen.

They did a two roof tear off, replaced roof deck boards, installed ice barrier and complete roof under protection before installing the new roof. When finished it was as if they were never there. The grounds were thoroughly clean, etc. We are very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

Wow, that Nick is quite a mensch. We had a leaky gutter and didn't know what was causing it. After calling dozens of businesses (who either were too busy, too booked, or unresponsive), Nick himself came out, assessed the situation, unclogged a couple areas of the gutter, and then wouldn't let us pay him. Whoa, who does that! He even gave us a few tips on how to prevent this from happening again and also how to clean our stained vinyl siding. We will certainly keep Nick's Roofing in mind for any future projects!

What's highly impressed. His group showed up 1st thing in the morning by 8 o'clock they are on the roof ripped all the singles out and had a completely Re roofed and clean up before 2 o'clock. No surprise total it was exactly what the estimate was. In fact something I did not notice when I checked out the house that Nick pointed out that one of his guys damaged a piece of the siding and that it will be replaced later on next week. Overall if or when I have to get my Roof redone again I will definitely be calling him back

nick recently did our roof. in comparison to a couple of other options the things that separated Nick from the others was the clarity of what he said and what he itemized in his contract. He was very accommodating with price even though im not the kind of customer to nickel and dime he was cognizant to enriching the deal where he could. His knowledge and thorough run through of what him and his team were going to do definitely was one more thing leading to our final decision. the day of the work was impressive he had a pretty big team and used a significant amount of resources such as a giant 18 wheeler with supplies for our small roof which I thought was excessive. however him and his team knocked my roof out in under 3 hours and it looked great. there were times there was delays to some of our questions before signing the contract but considering the nonstop flow of this kind of business, the season, and wearing the hat of salesman and than a frontman to the work i think its to be expected. i definitely recommend Nick for anyone seeking roof work.

We called Nick’s for a quote on flashing/tarring our chimney which was leaking. The quote seemed reasonable, but when we called to schedule the service, we got no response. We left messages indicating we wanted to schedule tarring the chimney (as we had had our water heater go out and need replacing in the days after Nick had come out.) We got no response (like so many others). Then, out of the blue, Nick showed up saying he was there to do the chimney. I was frustrated as there had been no call and while I was home I was working from home due to the COVID closures. I told Nick he could do the work and reiterated that we wanted the roof tarred. He asked if we were sure and I said yes and that we had had an unexpected expense that meant we couldn’t do the flashing and had to opt for the lower cost tarring. He seemed hesitant to do it and said it “wouldn’t look as good.” I said again that we wanted it tarred and he continued to say that wouldn’t look good. This was after he asked me what he had quoted for each service and after I expressed my frustration with the lack of response to the multiple messages and the just showing up at my house. I finally told him to just forget it because I wasn’t about to pay someone to do work they clearly did not want to do. After reading all the reviews, I can’t help but feel like we dodged some kind of bullet here, even as frustrating as the experience was.

Nick and his Crew did a great job. He came in a timely manner for a estimate and got the job done when he said he would. He always returned my call or text within a day. He was one of the few roofers that would actually give us a paper estimate prior to the job.

Called Nick to help us repair damage birds have done. Nick showed up the first time, went up on the roof and took photos of what damage has been done. He showed us and was thorough in explaining our options and showed me a new piece of a gutter guard. Nick said he couldn't remove any of the nests until the birds left. He said to call him when we stop hearing the birds. A few months later we called, we texted, we called again. Nick promised he would return on the weekend. He was a no show. Called and texted again. Lost communication with him after that.

Nicks roofing was wonderful to work with. Contact and service was immediate and supportive. Workmanship was great, a hard working crew that that paid attention to detail, kept us informed, and stayed true to their commitment.

As other people have indicated in their reviews on google, getting Nick's roofing to call you back is like pulling teeth. I left numerous voicemails and they never returned my calls. Finally I reached a receptionist and was able to arrange for an inspection. I was surprised how reasonable the price was for a large roof repair, he seemed honest and said not to worry about having to sign a contract (this should have been a red flag for me) which we didn't.

However, what made me give them one star was the fact that I was quoted one price. And then mid-way through the installation, Nick (owner himself) indicates that he needed more money for materials as he mismeasured during the inspection, this was another $2700! How does a professional make such a huge error? It came off as the old BAIT AND SWITCH tactic where they bait you in with a low price, only to switch on you later with a larger additional cost.

The quality of the repair was good, that's the one reason I didn't file a complaint with the better business bureau, but a harsh lesson learned indeed. I would have preferred the bigger price up front, it wouldn't have come off so shady then. Learn from our mistake, DEMAND A CONTRACT IN WRITING with conditions if repairs exceed a certain amount -- that way there is no added stress later when Nick's roofing requests more money for their miscalculations and mismeasurements!

Over the last couple years I was a little bit apprehensive about getting my roof done for various reasons. One of my concerns is I didn't want to deal with the cleanup mess that would be created by roofers nor did I want to put my neighbors through it either. After meeting with Nick and Nick's Roofing putting my roof on all my fears and anxieties we're over. His professional crew did a outstanding job of roofing my home, as well as cleaning up after the construction of the roof. They did an outstanding job that I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof in Kenosha

Nick did my roof last fall and I could not be more happy. He answered the phone himself and met me at the house 2 hours later. They did the roof the day they said they would and finished early. I would recommend them to my mother.

Spoke to someone there and they said they'd go out to inspect a roof on a property. Not only did they never show up, when I called back the next day to see what happened I got their voicemail. Still haven't heard back from them. If they didn't want the job all they had to do was say so. I've always heard good things about them, but can't say I'd recommend them now and won't be calling them again in the future.

Nick's roofing saved me over a $1000 in their bid to re-roof my house. I had four other bids from local roofers and Nick beat them all.
He called me a day in advance to let me know he was arriving early the next day. I have a relatively simple two level house with an attached garage and he removed all of the old shingles and roof vents and replaced with Owens-Corning 25 yr. shingles and contemporary roof vents in about three hours. They were very mindful of my flower gardens and back patio for nails and debris, and no leaks so far.
I highly recommend Nick's roofing to get the job done.
