Anthony, the Project Manager, was extremely attentive and responsive throughout the installation of the roof and skylights. His crew were phenomenal and work tirelessly throughout the day to get job done ahead of schedule.

This crew is unbelievable. Anthony was our project manager and was fabulous .... constantly updating our project with photos and answering any questions we had throughout the day. Everyone was very professional and they worked so hard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nick Tracey Roofing.

The installation day was very smooth and our project manager (also named Mike) was extremely communicative and documented everything for us to keep us informed. The crew had a very clear order of operations and I noticed they made sure to clear my patio furniture out of the way to ensure no debris would touch them.

Nick Tracey’s installation crew was here on time and promptly got to the set up task under the of their project manager Mike! Mike arrived with the crew and introduced himself to me and my wife . Mike remained with the crew the entire time and took the extra care to ensure the roofing job stayed on task in a timely manner.
Pictures of the job were taken during installation and forwarded to me so I could see the different steps of the roofing project. That was really a nice extra step he shared with us .

I have never met a harder working crew under the direction of site manager Mike DiGiammarino and Anthony Almanzar. They were working two jobs only a few houses apart and both were equally customer service oriented. I actually asked if I could put a sign in my front yard and I never do that. I am so glad I called Mike over when he was doing my neighbors house last month. He kept in touch, made sure supplies were delivered on time and left my yard better than before.

The excellent and professional team at Nick Tracey Roofing and Exteriors recently completed removing old leaking siding from my home. They then repaired any damage and replaced with new siding that was better than original. From the quoting process to the final installation, I could not be happier. They kept me aware of all they were doing with pictures and texts during the day. My neighbors were also impressed and asked for name and contact information. I would highly recommend Nick Tracey for your siding needs, I couldn’t be happier with the results. They are true siding professionals

Brian came to our home and provided us with information about fixing or replacing the roof. We felt he was honest in his opinion and showed ethical responsiblity to the two of us, which is why we choose his company to replace our roof, also he gave us a very reasonable quote for either fixing or replacing the roof. We choose a new roof rather than fixing it.
The day before the job was to begin a dump truck and a porta potty were brought to our cottage, the day of construction everyone showed up as planned and Mike the foreman oversaw the work being performed. We appreciated his professional behavioral toward us and the people doing the work.
My husband and I were very pleased with the professional installation of our roof, it was accomplished on the day stated and in one day. All of the staff were very polite and extremley hard workers.
A few of our neighbors commented on the quickness in which the job was completed, they asked which company we used, hopefully they'll receive calls for future work.

Had my roof done by Nick Tracy’s crew today. They were thorough, efficient and went above and beyond in all aspects of the job. They ran into many hidden issues and resolved each of them without additional costs. Had some real drainage issues with gutters and they redirected to resolve. Real professionals who have a project manager on site throughout and documented everything with pictures. Cleanup was outstanding as well. Best of all price was right.

Nick Tracey Roofing is amazing! I can't say enough good things about this business. Everyone I interacted with (including Nick, Azael, Brian, Vincenzo, and all of the crew members) was extremely polite and professional -- and the bonus is, they do amazing work! All of the interactions leading-up to their site visit were very responsive, and they always answered any questions I had along the way. I met with Brian initially, and he was terrific -- no pushy sales pitches, just an honest assessment of my options. It was actually quite amazing to see this team go to work where they had all of the old shingles removed within a couple of hours, and they completed the job by 3:00pm -- and their work is beautiful! Azael as the project manager was amazing as he kept me posted on their progress via a constant stream of texts and pictures and -- unlike many roofing companies I've dealt with in the past -- their clean-up was impeccable -- I couldn't find a single nail on the ground after they finished . . . not one! Finally, I thought their pricing was very fair and they use top-notch materials -- no skimping here! If you're in need of a new roof, Nick Tracey Roofing is a solid choice -- I'd use them again in a minute!
