They were very friendly, and did an amazing job. The house looks great, and they came out in a very timely manner as well. This is my second time using them, and will continue to.

We hired them to do gutters, pressure washing, and some weed whacking. While they got the job done -- I had a bad customer service experience after the fact. They had mistakenly cut some old vines that they were asked not to cut -- and left them to die on the chain link fence. When I called them to remedy the situation there was no apology or recognition that anything was wrong. I was also told to " have my dad call back" (who had initially contracted them) to work out a quote to fix the issue. An unsatisfying and insulting experience. Won't be using them again.

You know the song, "I can see clearly now...." That's how good these guys are. We have very high windows, low windows, and windows in between, they could do them all. Thank you for a job well done! If you've never had your windows cleaned, it's worth every penny.

The people at North American Exterior Cleaning did a wonderful job with our office space. They cleaned all the windows, inside and out and we can't stop looking at how clean they are now. Amazing service. We got our gutters cleaned and gutter covers placed using this company and every person I interacted with was exceptional. Also, the price was much more reasonable compared to another quote I received. I picked this company based on the other great reviews and they were spot on! I have used NAEC in the past and been very pleased. I am using him again in 2023. John and his crew do thorough, careful work. John is particularly conscientious and friendly. All is explained beforehand and questions answered. I have alot of glass to clean and NAEC does a really really good job. You can't go wrong. 5 *'s well deserved.

North American exterior cleaning is a great idea if one is looking for soft wash. I am very happy with their service. We had our home pressure washed and windows and screens done. We have been using them for several years and the service has been great. Looks awesome. Fantastic! The crew was pleasant and considerate, worked hard, and explained everything they did. We asked for exterior cleaning of north facing walls for mold and grime removal, similar cleaning under all the gutters, and surface cleaning of our aging wooden deck. The results are excellent, everything we hoped for, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

We have used this company twice in the last 6 months. First time was to clean the exterior of the house and the second time to clean out a very high and full rain gutter. We have been extremely pleased with the service from John Alexander and North American Exterior Cleaning. We moved into our house in late 2020 and needed to get the gutters cleaned before the heavy snow set in. I tried a few other local companies, but they did not want the work or priced the job as if they did not want the work. John promptly returned my inquiry and provided excellent service at a fair price. He has done several jobs for me since and I could not be more pleased.

The technicians arrived on time, worked quickly, did a great job clearing gutters of what could have been four years of debris ( we are new to the house). Good contact when they had to adjust arrival time. So, all in all, a very good experience.

I got a quote for pressure washing the sidewalks and patios at my business. John was quick and responsive and they arrived when they said they would. The quality of the work was good and the price was extremely reasonable.

Yesterday was the second time I have had the pleasure of North American's services. They are highly professional, energetic, knowledgeable and courteous. They answered a question I had about securing a window screen, they asked permission to unhook my outdoor hose before hooking up their own, they had a sense of humor and seemed to enjoy their work, they were quick and efficient and friendly. Kind of like businesses and workmen used to be years ago. A total pleasure. As far as I know their pricing is in line with others'. A good, up-and-coming company on my speed dial.

I was able to find this company via an internet search for pressure cleaning services. I sent a note and had a response within minutes of contacting them. I was greeted by phone to a very pleasant customer service person who was very willing to help.

I had an appointment for an at home estimate within minutes. They arrived on time (even a few minutes early) and were very thorough with the discussion as to what services they would use to care for our home.

He provided an onsite estimate and set an appointment for the end of the week. Again, on time and WOW what a great job they did. They took time to ensure our furniture on the deck was not soaked and took the time to do the small things that made a difference.

We would recommend using North American Exterior Cleaning and John for any of your service needs.

The owner came out and quoted me a week ago, we walked through the job together and then scheduled the job after agreed to price and scope of work. I received a txt the night before the team came out confirming the appt and then the team showed up promptly at 7:30am. I left them in my home unattended and they cleaned all my windows and storm windows inside and out, pressure washed my walkways and stone wall top and made it all shine. Could not be more happy with the work. A big plus was the only way I could tell they were here is they left my home cleaner than they found it, legitimately. Outstanding experience all the way around. Will recommend to neighbors and anyone needing interior/exterior cleaning and pressure washing services.

Update to original review. I have used North American Exterior Cleaning several times since this post and the service is still first class and the experience has always been great each and every time. This type of consistent service is hard to come by these days. Highly recommend NAEC!

Crew worked hard and did a good job on the house. My house has some weird angles and is pretty high in some places, but it didn't phase the guys at all.

The rust removal on the chimney had limited effect so probably won't have that done next time.

We had our house cleaned to get it ready to list for sale. John and his team were amazing. They were on time and did a beautiful job. We will definitely use them again when we get to our new home. They also do windows inside and out which we didn’t expect and let me tell you.. I will never do my own windows again! Great value Great guys
