What can I say about Hector and his amazing team???!!!!!!
We purchased a home on Lake Tapps and fell in love with the view, but the only problem was the upstairs balcony that wrapped around the house...the balcony was leaking down below to the front porch.

We knew we were going to need to completely fix the balcony. My husband is a contractor and was willing to do it himself, but we knew that we wanted someone who only dealt with waterproofing.

We did our research on waterproof membranes and different methods, but my husband wasn’t comfortable experimenting on such a large area.

My husband found Hector’s company, Nice View, and immediately was in awe of his online portfolio.
We knew that this was the company we wanted to do our balcony.

Hector and his team did a PHENOMENAL job on our balcony. I am a perfectionist and am still blown away by the transformation. We loved his work so much that we also had him install the railing.

Hector and his team replaced our leaking exterior deck at our home. He was courteous, prompt, and efficient. His crew was respectful of our home and the jobsite was always clean. He replaced a defective vinyl membrane with Westcoat ALXPro, a multi-coat cementitious material. Beautiful workmanship and every option for customization. He also began the project by installing a "Super Bomber" tenting system that withstood two storms with 70-mile per hour winds, preserving the water-proof integrity of our home during the process. He was a pleasure to work with throughout!

Hector and his team gave us a very reasonable bid on the replacement of the deck on the upper level on the front of our house. The deck was very old and definitely needed to be updated with a waterproof deck finish. This group showed up, framed a plastic tent to protect the deck from the elements and WENT TO IT! They tore the old decking and railing off, reinforced the floor system, and came to work every day and put in long, hard days. They were friendly, very considerate of our need to walk around the project, kept us updated about the progress, and their workmanship was EXCELLENT! We would HAPPILY recommend this amazing group of guys to anyone wishing to do a remodel on an existing deck or to build a new one. We can't WAIT to use our deck when the weather gets nicer! was hired to resurface pool deck 2930 sqft. in Sep. 2019, to cover old concrete. In Jan2020, started to crack and the old blemishes of the old concrete started to show up thru. the surface. He (the owner) by name hector came and promised to come and fix it . He got paid over $23,000 and never showed up again even after calling and texting him several times. He ignored the project and did NOT want to take responsibility. Law suit will be filed .

We had steps where the previous product started cracking & peeling after a few years. The installer at the time showed up 2 different times to "repair", to no avail. Then we found out about Nice View. What a pleasant experience from start to finish. And the end result met our needs as well as assurance that the product would withstand weather issues. The entire crew was friendly, professional & perfectionists, which suited us. We would highly recommend this company & crew, ANYTIME.

Hector and his team put a great new, waterproof coating on our existing deck. The finish they used has been perfect for our lake front home. Hector also installed a wire based railing system around our deck, after the new deck coatings were applied. We had a glass framed system which we wanted to replace. Hector removed our old railing system and installed the new one - huge upgrade.
Hector is focused on doing a job that will stand up over time, cost effectively. Our work was done early in 2018, and is just like new today. Thank you Hector - I’ll definitely be having you clean and top coat mine to keep it looking great next year.

Great job with replacement of my old membrane deck, removal of a regular decking and siding and installation of a beautiful new membrane deck plus railing. I was amazed how fast and organized the work was. Hector also coordinated my EIFIS work that was required for the deck project. Outcome - great new deck that we enjoy!

Hector with Nice View Waterproofing did several waterproof decks for me in Bellevue. My project was pretty complex and each deck was different, needing a different approach to make a watertight system. Hector is a super nice guy to work with, honest in business and I would definitely recommend him for your rooftop deck, waterproof project, etc. His crew were all super nice guys. They left the jobsite clean, the finished product is extremely good looking, and based on how meticulous the guys were, I'm sure these decks will be waterproof for a long, long time.

Hector and his crew did a great job! We had a very large over living space deck that had been leaking. They replaced the deck, fixed the leaks and left us with a beautiful deck surface. We would recommend Nice View and the West Coat product.
