I've used NH Total Home Care for a major renovation of my home office which included replacing all the basement windows and a few nuisance home repairs. Each aspect of the project was managed by Cody, who was knowledgable, friendly and professional. He cheerfully kept me informed, quickly responded to my text messages and made daily visits to the job site. Joel and Randy did a fantastic job of transforming my dreary office into a room that makes me happy each time I turn on the lights. The entire team was professional, friendly, neat and very accommodating. They offered suggestions and work arounds that worked perfectly for the project. Over the years I have built and renovated a number of homes which entailed working with a variety of contractors..NH Total Home Care, LLC is excellent and will be my choice for future projects.

I had a challenging project to accomplish in a home I rent to some pleasant people who have some living challenges and their caregivers. The NH Total Home Care team supported the urgency of the project and they were the MOST COMPASSIONATE on site team treating all of the residents with dignity and patience. It was a long project and they kept us informed every step of the way and the project areas kept clean and usable through the Christmas holiday. The details of repairing severe water damage that occurred too a handicap bathroom were complex but managed very well by the team. The project came out beautiful. Special thanks to Cody who was a pleasure to work with. These guys are my first call whenever I need work done.

We hired these guys to repair some stair balusters and they were finished with as little effort possible. Balusters are crooked, some aren't lined up with the rest, the cover pieces weren't secured. It's the result you would expect hiring a high school kid with no experience. One day they left without notice and we had to call them to see when they would be back. You'd be better off going another route

I've used NH Total Home Care for several projects on a multi family home, and plan to again in the future.

Responsive, professional staff in the office keeping the operation organized makes all the difference. Scheduling has always been painless; if work needs to be rescheduled, it's well communicated ahead of time. Quotes have been fair and accurate, payment is all online and can easily be done with a credit card.

I can't say enough positive about my experience with NH Total Home Care. Keira and Norm are an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a first floor laundry closet installed and it came out perfect. Each and every contractor that came out (plumbers, drywall, electrician, painters etc.) were extremely neat and professional. If you are looking to be treated with respect and professionalism while getting a high quality job done at a fair price, NH Total Home Care is the one you should call.

I chose to repair two broken doors to keep the antique style of my apartment and this required fine carpentry and the NH Total Home Care team did a great job on the quote, the calls for the follow up planning, and the actual execution. The price was also under the quote. I'll be calling them again!

NH Total Home Care put in a bathroom for us, where there had not been one before. The crew did an awesome job. They supervised the electricians and plumbers and made sure they did what they needed to do for a successful transformation. We were very happy with the whole crew. They came when they said they would and got the job done in record time!

I called NH Total Home Care after starting our outdoor kitchen/pavilion with another contractor. They came in, cleaned up and fixed what the other contractor did incorrectly. The team showed up on time every day, cleaned up, and were honest and professional. Dave, who headed up our project was amazing. He knows his stuff! NH Total Home Care were phenomenal! They repaired my ceiling that incurred water damage and it came out beautiful! Norm Hebert Total Home Care recently finished a Master Bath/Closet renovation along with a Guest Bath renovation. Originally, we thought we would need to build an addition over our garage to increase our closet/storage area and provide a larger shower, bathroom area with a private commode. But after meeting with Norm and a local designer, they came up with a plan that provided everything without an addition. The finished project is exactly what I hoped for, but never imagined I would own.
This is actually the 4th project Norm and his crew were hired to perform in our home within the past 3 years. I know I will never hire another contractor again. Norm Hebert is my "go to" contractor for life (Sorry Norm. you're stuck with me!). The quality, professionalism, punctuality and craftsmanship is above and beyond any contractors I have ever used. Communication is a constant - before the project begins - during the project on a regular basis - and even when its finished. With each project completed in our home, the more I appreciate how nice it is to work with a contractor who has great knowledge and integrity and enjoys making his customers happy. I highly recommend Norm Hebert Total Home Care for any home projects or renovations you may need.
