Our experience was excellent. Next Level Repair and Maintenance was extremely thorough and informative throughout the entire process. We were informed of the specific scope of the job, estimated duration, anticipated start date quoted price prior to the job. During execution of the job, high quality service was provided across the board. That left the job with the new flooring installed and the condition of the property was restored to equal or better condition than prior to the start of the job. Finally, they contacted us a few days after completion of the job to touch up any details that may be needed. This is and excellent company and I strongly recommend them
