I have known and worked with Shane for several years. He is super responsive, knowledgeable and skilled at quoting and completing jobs on time and on budget. Our roofing project was important to us and Shane took all of the hassles and worries out of the project.

These guys did a great job on my roof after a storm tore my shingles apart. Steve suggested better ventilation for my attic which my insurance covered as well. Fantastic job, they even replaced a gutter that had a small dent! This bunch isn't your ordinary storm chaser, they are professional and do great work! The lifetime warranty also makes us feel secure with our decision to go with Next Level!

Steve is very professional and super personable! He explained the entire process to us thoroughly so we understood the step by step process. We knew exactly what to expect with the insurance, when the job would be completed. He checked in on the project all the way through to make sure everything was going smooth. Steve and his team are the experts in roofing and exterior repairs. We had storm damage on our roof and I didn't know where to turn. Steve came out and walked me through the whole process. He even dealt with the insurance company so I wouldn't have to. It could not have been an easier process and am very thankful to have a new roof.

We needed a new roof after a bad storm. Marco did a fantastic job dealing with the insurance company. He is honest and helped get all the pieces paid for including two new skylights. He also upgraded the felt to synthetic showing he is knowledgeable, does the right thing and cares about giving his clients high quality service.

Steve stands out in an industry with tons of competition. He was incredible at dealing with our homeowners insurance on our behalf and getting us more than we we expected. The hail damage was significant and Steve compiled a detailed (bullet proof) report to ensure we were able to replace everything that was damaged. Steve and his team handled everything for us and even helped a few of our neighbors. In the end we were truly impressed with his company and the work that was done.

Steve and his crew did a great job!! He handled the process with the insurance company to get them the right codes per my village. My house was not up to to code and first insurance barely wanted to pay up. But after months of back and forth. Steve came through and was right all along. Now our house looks brand new!
