From my very first conversation with Robert at Next Level until our conversation after the completion of a new roof for our condo building, I was pleased. Next Level fulfilled every promise along the way. The roofers were a great crew and respectful of our tenants and the neighbors. I highly recommend Next Level and working with Robert was a delight.

when I called the Office they were so awesome! They are very knowledgeable and the account rep was very helpful and navigating insurance. If you have any issues with your roof, siding or gutters they will come out no problem and help!

We had our roof, gutters, and siding replaced. Our project leads were Marco and Steve H, who were fantastic. They worked very closely with our insurance company and got everything we hoped covered by insurance. Communication was great, work was done quickly, and from what we can tell after 6 months the work was high quality. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience working with Marco Almeida at next level, he did all the work working with our insurance company to get our siding replaced, he tried hard to get our roof done as well but our insurance wouldn’t budge but he worked tirelessly to get it done. Our experience with Next Level was excellent.. They did a great job working with our insurance company to make sure all of our damage was repaired completely and in the proper way. Brian was our project manager and he did an awesome job of explaining the process to us, keeping us up to speed on the status of everything and making sure the work was completed to meet our expectations. Our insurance was giving us a hard time about the hail damage from a big storm not causing enough damage to justify a new roof. Joey M was very helpful in building our case and getting the replacement approved. He made multiple trips out to help with approval, during construction, and afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly. The crew that came to do the installation was professional and clean. Our experience with Next Level was seamless. We had a previously opened claim with our insurance company due to storm damage and our claim was denied. After a more recent storm, Next Level came by, assessed our damage and started the claim process again. Not only did they keep us updated on their progress, our salesman, Joe, was very quick to respond to any calls or texts from us. In just a few weeks, our claim was approved and our roof was replaced and looks great. I would highly recommend Next Level to anyone looking for a roofing company.

We had a phenomenal experience working with Joe from Next Level. They did all the heavy lifting in dealing with our insurance to get our roof replaced after storm damage where the previous contractor failed and gave up on us. They made the process smooth and easy and when it came time to replace the roof. It was all done in one day and it looks better than we could have imagined. Once the village approved our permit things moved quickly. We’re happy with how our siding turned out. Joey was responsive and helpful throughout the process.

I have been working with Next Level Exteriors for the past year and Marco A has been my contact and I can’t tell you how happy I am with this company! Not only are they a family orientated business but they really care about the customer and have gone above and beyond to replace the siding on our house and now working on getting our roof fixed also, it’s amazing! The siding work has been top notch, the communication has been great and whenever I have a question or concern about the insurance they are there to walk me through every step….I can’t recommend Next Level more highly, you won’t be disappointed I promise!

Holiday week, and next level comes through!!! I called steve, he was vacation with the family. But he called his co worker Joey. So, I Had a leak on the roof from the 5 inches of rain we had. Coming through to our bedroom ceiling. Joey came out in the afternoon same day, and fixed the issue. Put my mind to ease on a holiday week. I have used next level before for my siding. They did such a great job so I knew I could count on Next Level again.

Marco worked tirelessly to get us approved for siding, a roof, and more insulation. It wasn't easy, but he never gave up. Marco means what he says and we would recommend him to everyone!!!

I give Marco 10, he walked us through the whole process working directly with the insurance company start to finish, educating us along the way. Very professional!

We used Next Level to handle our insurance claim after a storm. Joey Mueller made it so easy on us and was there every step of the way. Our roof looks great and we love the new color he helped us pick out! The crew was very nice and they cleaned up as if they were never there! Highly recommend.

From the first phone call I placed to Next Level, I was please with their friendliness and professionalism. I checked out 4 other companies and all 5 came to my house, checked my roof throughly and gave me estimates. NEXT LEVEL was the only one to have followed up with me. Never feeling they were pushing but to see if I had any questions. We went with them for our total replacement. Comparing Next Level prices against the other 4 companies wasn't even close. We gave the same information to all companies on the type of shingles we wanted, our problem areas that neded special attention. NEXT LEVEL prices were the best for what we needed and asked for PLUS extras safe guards which no other companys seemed to care about. Any time I called or was called it was the same person I originally spoke with. Never spoke with someone different where I would have to go through my whole story. I was notified ahead of time the date and arrival of the team. The"team" professional, friendly, neat, organized and on time. My house is not big but they were at my house at 7 am and were done at 1:45 pm. On the SAME day. They left and you would never know anyone had been here. Everything cleaned up, moved back in place and the original person that I stated with also showed up to make sure I was happy. This was the easiest big project that I have done, from the beginning to the end. I would happily recommend Next Level Exteriors to anyone and everyone. I'm asked often to rate services I have used never feeling comfortable doing that. I hope that by this posting of mine you will see the pleasure I have had posting this review . SUE
