Greco Remodeling teamed up with BSA Troop 152 on an eagle project for a local church and its youth groups. Together they planned, acquired materials, built a portable Gaga ball pit, cart, Lego table, with storage bins. The project was at no cost to the beneficiary. We look forward to continuing these types of good will and giving back to the local community with our partners at Greco Remodeling!

Tony and crew did a fantastic Job.
They opened up a block wall connecting my two suites and put in a fire rated door. Job was started and finished within a day and the door was here quicker than we anticipated. I recently asked Tony Greco to take a look at my roofing fan. He came by and in less than 5 minutes adjusted the humidistat on the fan so that it would function properly again. He did my roof about 10 years ago and has also installed several exterior doors on my home. His work is spectacular and I would highly recommend his company to all!!

This was our 2nd major project using Greco and once again, everything went so well! Our first project in 2016 was our downstairs remodel. This past fall, we finally redid our kitchen. The end results for both were great!

Tony and his team are phenomenal! They took the time to make sure we understood everything that was happening with our project, and always made sure we felt heard and understood. They worked with our insurance to get everything done as quickly as possible, and while many other houses in our area are just starting repairs, we are completely finished! Tony did an amazing complete remodel of our bathroom. His crew was extremely efficient and very detailed. They installed a new shower, cabinets, mirrors and flooring. We were thrilled with the result and would highly recommend them!

Tony was very professional, he said what he was going to do and did exactly that. We had three jobs done with Greco Remodling. The first two were to re-service the outside of our shop.The job turned out incredibly spectacular. I was impressed with the professional, effecient work and communication. He worked with ease on a change with out a hitch. When his crew was done, there was no indication that they were even here, other than the remarkable job his team did.

The third job was for tornado damage to our condo. I was working with another company that were at odd's with the insurance company and the process was taking months and months. The additional work they were looking for was unnecessary and major. I asked Tony for his professional opinion to take a look and let me know his thoughts. The damage was exactly what the insurance company quoted. There were a few other adds during the process and Tony communicated with the insurance company to get the correct material for the job. Once again, his crew was there, effecint work and clean up. It was as if a large peice of wood never went through our roof or the arbour was not blown off the house. He was proactive in making sure all the proper material and wood was replaced to match the current shingles and arbour. Dynamic company! Professional, easy to work with and great follow through.

The team from Greco Remodeling does excellent work. We did a full, first floor remodel on a previously owned home that was about 30 years old with no updates. Tony and crew did electrical, plumbing, removed a wall and replaced a beam, moved ductwork, added venting to outside (didn't exist before) did full painting, all new flooring, new kitchen and bathroom, you get the idea. A massive project! All of the workers on the team were super nice, respectful and cleaned up daily. Truly professional crew! Highly recommend!

I shared a thorough email about my plans for a renovation project through an email. I was very polite and professional. The person who responded never greeted me; never told me his/her name; just told me to get architectural plans. I emailed again with basic floor plans since I am only trying to get an estimate. Once again no greeting, no name and was quoted $250K for a garage renovation! This person made sure to get rid of me fast! Never asked to see the property or to work within my budget. Talk about rude! At least be kind and tell me your name. Very poor customer service!

I had used Greco Remodeling Services to completely remodel a master bathroom, as well as installing a new roof and all gutters. I am pleased with their work. Tony (the owner?) and John the project manager are knowledgeable professionals. The breadth and depth of their experience in construction is pretty impressive. John was very responsive and gave good suggestions.

I've been working with John Sabel at Greco Remodeling Services for over two years on a whole sequence of challenging projects. The first was insulating the ceiling - we had open rafters and no ceiling insulation. In order to preserve the wood look of the ceiling, we did spray insulation, put up sheets of plywood, and then installed wood flooring on the new ceiling. About a third of that ceiling was 22 feet up over the living room. It was also was compound angles that had to meet at the peak of the roof. They also installed the crown molding - which was all compound angles. I can't tell you how many people have come in and commented on how fabulous it looks! It truly is breathtaking when you look up!

We replaced almost all of the windows in the house including 10 very large picture windows in the living room.

We did the basement bathroom that practically needed a hand grenade it was so nasty and updated the laundry room. This included having to break open the concrete floor to add drains and to fix an existing plumbing problem.

John suggested building a closet for all of the well equipment and the hot water tank. It went from being a nasty, musty old basement laundry room to such a nice clean space!

Next up was the master bathroom. Three walls had handmade tiles - which made it extra challenging - and a huge soaking tub was added. To be honest - doing this bathroom was a nightmare. If there was the possibility of an issue, we had it! The architect misjudged the tub's requirements, so that had to be re-engineered and the tub itself had a ton of issues that required working with the manufacturer to fix. The tile guy broke his leg - which stopped us in our tracks. It took 3 sets of closet doors for each of the 3 closets - that's 18 doors - before we got ones that didn't twist out of alignment like a bunch of potato chips!

This is where working with someone you respect and who also respects you makes all of the difference in the world. I didn't have to chase anyone down. They were quick to answer my calls and emails, an the followed up with any vendor that we were having problems with. Everything I had concerns with got addressed - and the result was another room that stops people in their tracks!

The next project was replacing the gigantic wrap-around porch that was rotting away and replacing a crumbling cinder brick retaining wall. This happened during COVID, so getting workmen to the site was challenging. There were a lot of unavoidable delays - and it was finally completed in time for the first snow last fall.

We have one more bathroom to do and a bunch of small tasks. I would probably have given up by now if I was working with another contractor. Instead (if you couldn't tell), I am a very happy client!

Most of their workmen and subcontractors were the best - and again, if I thought there were any issues, they took care of it.

I have also referred them to four of my neighbors. Two have used them already and the other two intend to. I think that speaks for itself!

Greco tore down an existing 3 season room and constructed a new room from scratch including HVAC installation. Everything about their company and work is top notch. From the initial onsite visit, through estimating, planning and the actual work they have been great to work with. Great communication! All the workers did great work and really cared about producing a finished product they could be proud of. Tony and John kept us up to date on progress and were hands on in overseeing the work. We were so happy with the finished product that we are in the process of having painting in other areas of the house and door replacement done by them without seeking other bids for the work. If you want someone you can trust to do your project correctly Greco is the one to go with.

Tony and his crew installed 19 new windows and a sliding glass door during the winter which they completed in 3 days. They did an outstanding job on both interior and exterior finishing. The quality of the installation was excellent. The windows have made a huge difference in our heating costs and noise reduction. I really appreciate the professionalism and timely manner in which the installation was completed.

I would highly recommend Greco to anyone having any kind of work done. We had a so called 3 season room torn down and a new room constructed in its place. From the very start John and Tony were great to work with. They patiently went over all the options to make sure the end result was exactly what we wanted. Once the plans were drawn up and approved the project got started and it's no exaggeration to say that all the people working on site in the different trade areas were a pleasure to deal with and REALLY took pride in their work. We had some hail damage this year on siding, which turned into window damage which turned into rotten sill plates and walls! Nightmare right?? It took some logistics to get our insurance to work with Greco, but once it was set up Anthony and John made sure we had a almost seamless project from beginning to end. Helped us find the right windows to fit our older home, helped us with our budget to have everything fixed and replaced that was not covered by insurance. They gave us plenty of options answered all my wife’s questions made her feel completely at Ease with the contractors that were at our home doing the work which in itself was priceless.
