I had my roof done about a year and a half ago by the company and didn’t have issues then. Recently I had water coming in through my second floor ceiling so naturally I called GND to see if it was related to their work. They are really hard to get a hold of. Left messages and didn’t have my calls returned. The following week I called 3x in a row and finally someone answered. Someone came out to check out the issue and we found out it wasn’t related to the roof. I asked if they knew who could fix the problem and was told they could do it. Since GND was there and inspected I felt comfortable hiring them for the job. I was told I would be sent an estimate. Well it’s been almost 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing and again left voicemails to no avail. So disappointed with this company’s customer service. I do not recommend.

I would like to thank Fernando Lopez and his crew for giving my home a Beautiful makeover. Fernando was very professional and got things done in a timely manner. I highly recommend GND construction for all roofing, siding and gutter work.

Be aware of Mr. Miguel.
I had him work on my Moms house.
My mom referred him to her friends plural. He made an attempt to steal from both of them claiming that there insurance only covered the roof and not the siding on both cases. When one of my mom friends call the insurance to verify, the insurance stated they approved both siding and roof. How this came to light is that as follow: the people looking for the work in this case Mr. Miguel will come and look at the roof and siding and will work with the insurance company pleading his case to the insurance on behalf of the home owner. They Mr Miguel and the insurance company come to an agreement on what will get approved. Mr Miguel then contacts the home owner on what will get done. Why? because check or checks will get sent to the home owner on behalf of the insurance company to pay Mr Miguel. This is the opportunity were Mr Miguel will determine how naive his client is to leave out some information about the insurance company decision for his own benefit and gain. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! I was able to communicate with them by email, text, or call. They would always answer my questions.They did an excellent job working with my insurance and fixing my house. They did the sidings, roof, and replaced some windows of my house. I would definitely hire them again.

And true to what I am saying about him. He fulfilled everything that I needed when it came to the work that was done by, GND Construction he was a attentive to any phone call and assured me with every phone call The things that would take place and how so it was. I also want to say that the people who did the roof work were very very hard workers to accomplish all the work As well as the people who did the siding Were attentive to detail to do the work at a professional format. I have nothing bad to say of a company who truly extends them To do things in a way that will satisfy the customer. Edgar was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about the quality of the 50 year roof. He was also very easy to contact when new questions occurred to me.
In addition, the new roof has provided better insulation than I thought possible. My 2 previous roofs may have prevented water leaks, but had no insulation quality at all. Now, my thermostat is set to a lower setting because I am no longer paying to "heat the sky". Granted, we have not had a cold winter thus far, but know for sure that my roof is already reducing my gas bill. If for no other reason than that, contact Edgar because the quality of the roof provides better insulation for your house. Thanks Edgar for all your help.

I have contacted this company repeatedly for a price to do my roof and a large shed. It has been months and for some reason they do not want to even give me a price I have hail damage and a large tree branch that put a hole in the roof. This company is not responsive to even given me a price, so why would I hire them?

I had a great experience working with GND Construction to obtain a new roof through our insurance. Miguel was my main contact and was an absolute delight to work with - very responsive and courteous.

The company did what was on the insurance claim, but the extra work that was done was done poorly. the 3 windows that were installed whistle with wind and just noticed they leak water, too. I contacted the foreman that was in charge. while the siding was being installed. I was told he would be by within a couple of days to look at the windows. when he did come over he blamed the bad install on the quality of the windows. I called him back and he said he would come back out. Never showed. same thing 2 weeks later. I then called the main office, they seemed surprised and said they would get a hold of him and have him call me. never happened. I called again , the customer service person told me she would make sure he gets this message to call me, again nothing. the company was paid in full for the window install (cash).
