You asked me to give feedback. I tried to do it on your website—couldn’t get it to work, so here’s our feedback: we were extremely happy with the roof and the professional way our roof was handled. Dustin did a great job handling our job. He was always available to answer my questions about insurance company and how to go about doing the phone calls to them and how to deal with the paperwork that we received.
We have lived in this house for 44 years and put 3 roofs on it. But, the previous roofs
didn’t ever look this good.

Great service and very prompt in returning calls. Did our entire roof (65 sq) in one day. Worked closely with our insurance to minimize my out of pocket costs. Came back the next day to pick up excess and tweak any last little items. Roof looks great.

Drew came out and assessed our roof and quickly emailed an estimate. He stayed in constant contact due to a rainy season it was rescheduled a couple of times and he informed me quickly to let me know what day it would be done. They were here the first sunny day. It had normal wear, huge limbs had fell on my roof and made holes and high wind damage that ripped off a part of my roof. My roof was too old and the insurance would not cover it. I let them know it was out of pocket and we were on a budget. It costed us $3000.00 less than any other estimate and I got a total of 4 estimates. They fixed everything all the other companies estimated, plus the other underlying damage.
Miguel was the project manager on site and the crew were professional, hardworking and did an exceptional job. They got my roof done in 1 day. It took the whole day but they finished as rain was forcasted for the night and it did rain.
I absolutely can not say enough good things about these 2 gentlemen, the crew that did the job and the company as a whole!! My roof is awesome!!

Last year I had Next Generation Roofing replace my roof. They were timely in producing an estimate and handled all the challenges of working with the insurance company. They arranged their work around my travel schedule and quickly replaced my roof before our unpredictable weather caused more damage. Great responses all around…

But there were problems with the class 4 shingles we chose not setting properly and our new roof began to deteriorate.

I called Jonathan Whitton, my point of contact, expecting to have to fight for repairs. To my surprise, Jonathan came out and inspected the roof, stated the quality did not meet Next Generation Roofing’s standards, and arranged for my roof to be replace! No arguments! No putting me off! No excuses! Just making it right!

They scheduled the work quickly and were readily available every step along the way.

When the crew was done with the project my wife told me to be sure to let Johnathan know that the roof looks great and their installation team left our yard in better shape than when they started the work!

Had roof replaced with new decking, vents and a few other upgrades. Job was supervised by Aldo Rodriguez he made sure everything was running smoothly and timely. Clean up was excellent and he returned the next day and did a quality inspection found and fixed two spots no one would have even noticed. Would highly recommend.

The team undid mistakes made by previous roof install teams, and repaired two significant holes in the wood itself. Even though the roof is quite large they got everything installed in one day.

I was approached my next Generation Roofing in July after we had a hail storm back in May. I was skeptical at first because they were not local here in Enid but they were local in Oklahoma. After talking with Rain my fears were put at ease. Rain and his team did exactly what they said they would do and in some cases in my opinion went above and beyond. When it was all said and done I had my roof, garage doors, guttering, and screens replaced with no hassle from the insurance company in a timely manner with quality workmanship from Rain and his team. They arrived on time they finished on time and did excellent work. They even did a quality assurance inspection and found two minor things that they needed to be fixed that I really wouldn't have noticed had they not said anything. I would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them! The entire process was a five out of five for me!
