I have used classic pest control and insulation on several of my properties. The person who answers the phone is very helpful. Also, when we needed a situation dealt with right away, Josue Came the same day and sealed the access point. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and I trusted him to protect my property. I highly recommend!

I have had the best experience with Classic insulation twice! They sealed my basement and attic areas where I had had constant problems with mice, rats, birds and weasels. I have not had a sign of anything getting in until recently. A few sneaky little mice got into the basement area through the basement garage door which is impossible to seal. (1929 house). Todd showed up and got in there and helped me solve the problem. Gave me great advice and now we are on the way to a rodent free home again. I highly recommend them!

Classic helped us address a powder post beetle problem in a 99 year-old house in Anacortes. Mark Robinson came out and did the initial inspection and found activity in several locations. He suggested spraying the wood in the crawl space with Bora-Care and/or Tembor. This involved removing all the old insulation and replacing it with new after the spraying was complete. The cost of this project was substantial but given the work involved reasonable. Everything was done on time and the guys that did the work were friendly and efficient. The office staff was also very responsive and friendly. If you have a PPB problem, I suggest you give them a try. Mark was an easy guy to work with. I'd done a lot of reading on PPB control prior to his inspection and I was impressed with his knowledge. Highly recommended.

We sold the house with the PPB problem and bought another house in Anacortes. It turned out to have a squirrel in the attic problem which Classic helped us address. They inspected the exterior of the house, sealed access points, helped trap our "house guest" squirrel, and finally restored the insulation in the attic areas where the squirrels had made a home. This took place over a couple of months with several crews involved. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. We are really happy with the job they did cleaning and reinsulating our crawl space. They did the job quickly with minimal disruption. Now they are keeping it clean with their maintenance plan. We are really happy to have it taken care of.

Great company. Always been a pleasure to work with them. They redid our crawl space about 10 years ago. About 5 years ago we heard noises coming from what sounded like the attic. Turned out to it was just squirrles running around on the roof but they did a through inspection of both the attic and the crawl space. A few weeks ago my wife heard noises in the crawl space. It turned out to be a rabbit in the crawl space access well. The price for the inspection was very reasonable.

Mark was efficient and helpful. Honest...fixing only what needed to be fixed. Updated entrance to below house crawl space, fixed an opening that cats etc could enter the same crawl space and we are now trying the pest control for rats. We have been high impacted with building in the area, causing an influx of critters. Mark is easy to talk to and I highly recommend him.

We've used them for over a decade. They're cheerful and professional (shout out to Jordan), and most importantly keep the pests at bay both inside and outside.

Always efficient, timely, and quality work. The communication is always consistent as well. We have had Classic come out to our property twice a year for routine spraying and wasp nest removal for a few years now. Where we live is like a magnet for them and we have tons of eves and crevasses perfect for their nests. We even had them come out for a carpenter ant issue unexpectedly, and they made sure to take care of us. Thank you to Classic for helping make our home safer for our children and pets!

Yellow Jacket wasps entered our residence crawlspace vents to build a grapefruit-sized nest between the insulation and sub-floor. Most pest control companies we contacted did not offer free estimates to remove the nest and modify our vent screens to prevent recurrence. Instead, they attempted to sell us a monthly maintenance service plan.

Frustrated, we contacted a former insulation/window contractor we had worked with in the past and he recommended Classic Pest Control, stating they had a reputation for affordability, dependability and quality. We then met with Mark from Classic Pest Control at our home to describe the infestation and potential vent screen modifications. Mark was professional, warm and engaging as he helped us understand the removal process and to brainstorm an effective vent screen solution. Mark removed the nest during the first visit, ensuring our insulation was left intact and placed treatment inside and outside the point of entry to dissuade hornets not present from returning until vent improvements were installed. Mark ordered stainless steel screen material of our choosing and a team from Classic Insulation and Pest Control arrived the following week to modify each of our twenty-two 6"x14" crawlspace vents.

Bottom line: we paid half of what a national pest control chain suggested--supported a local business in the process--and are completely satisfied with our experience. We highly recommend Classic Insulation and Pest Control for your home or business needs.

They are so nice, easy to work with, and professional. Years ago they found where the rats were getting in, and recently they've saved us from ants. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Jason was my technician. He was friendly professional and on time. Jason gave me a call when he was close to arriving. I had noticed ants around my foundation. Jason did a through assessment of my property and completed a perimeter spray around my exterior foundation. Rate was reasonable. Overall I would recommend Classic Pest Control

I have been a customer of Classic Insulation and Pest Control for close to 5 years, serviced by several of their high quality agents. Most recently, Jordan who was thorough checking every rodent area for signs of activity and setting up traps/boxes. We also get seasonal Carpenter Ant spraying to repel the insects from our historic farmhouse. The crew came out and removed old insulation and installed new insulation and also did a metal screening 18 inches into the ground they worked tirelessly all day and were very professional!!We’ve had issues with other companies on our house and Classic was a breath of fresh air super great guys!!!Every person from Classic that has come out to work on our house and property from the pest control person to the work crew they have been amazing!!!Highly recommended!!!

Perfectly! After meeting with other Pest Control Companies, we chose Classic again (we used them at another location previously) for crawl space rodent mitigation, as well as insulation and vapor barrier removal and replacement. Their solutions were simply more thorough. They also understood our situation and came up with alternative solutions that yielded the desired results at less cost. In addition, using Classic qualified us for a nice rebate from our utility company. Everyone we came into contact with at Classic was professional and courteous. The work was done on schedule, neatly, and cleaned up immaculately afterwards. Going forward, we won't bother getting multiple bids again - we'll go straight to Classic!

My first contact with Classic was for a rat issue, then clean out and new insulation installation in the crawl space. Caleb from Classic Insulation was great! He was on time, even called to let us know when he would arrive. He was professional and conscientious of my time as I needed to return to work. I definitely recommend using this company! We had a huge wasp problem that was resolved and they guarantee there work.

They did a fantastic and professional job removing the old insulation and birds nests in our attic. They also did a great job killing a hornet/wasp nest that started in the attic.

Mark provided us an inspection today. He found several areas that were not done correctly by another company. Very grateful for his expertise today.

We've been working with Classic Insulation for the last 6-7 months and could not be happier with them. Mark and his team take the time to assess the situation and explain everything to me. The scheduling has been really easy and we feel so much more comfortable knowing that they are working on excluding our unwanted guests! We had more work that needed to be done than we wanted to pay for all at once and Mark broke out a few bids for us based on what was most urgent and spaced out the work.

The estimator from Classic did a thorough evaluation of our crawl space and gave a detailed and fair estimate to clean rat droppings, find and plug rat access and repair damaged insulation. The two men that did the work were VERY detailed and methodical and found and sealed two rat access points that no one else had found. We are very happy with the quality of the work and cost and would strongly recommend Classic to others.

Absolutely exceptional.. beautiful salad bar.. large variety of very tasty dishes and meats.. employees were all super nice and helpful. As usual.. we totally love Golden corral and are so happy to be living in an area where we can go to one whenever we want. Yuma's Golden corral rocks .!

Punctual, professional. Used them for nuisance ant problem 2018 & for regular maintenance services since. However, drilled holes in ext. wall to treat nuisance ant problem. It worked, but they left the holes open. Called them this summer because we are going to have house pressure washed. Told we should caulk the holes. Would be expensive to have them do it. Seems like should be part of original service to close holes or done on one of the followup checks.

Mark was punctual and called ahead like I asked when I made the appointment. He was able to attack my attic and crawler super fast and was thourough and professional. A 6 star employee is more like it. 5 thumbs up.

I have so much respect for this company. They've done a lot of work for us. On one of the jobs, we ended up having a minor issue that they quickly fixed free of charge with out question. Their team of staff always get back to me. I can't recommend this company enough, they are one of the most responsible companies I've worked with. Some companies are just trying to make money and don't care about the people that they serve, this is not one of those companies.

I needed an estimate for a crawl space while buying a house. Cory was excellent. Very honest and just really got an great impression. He was so professional gave me a great education and the work that needed to be done. We look forward to using them!

Update: Excellent work! We used them to clean/clear out our crawl space on our recent home purchase. The space was disgusting and had Rats. Classic Insulation did a GREAT job! Cleaned everything, sealed up the floor, rodent control, insulation, vapor barrier, and a new door. Six months later and it still looks fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

I used Classic Insulation on Whidbey Island and was extremely pleased with their customer service and finished work. Corey (who I later found out was the president) communicated with me via text, calling and email. I had several questions because this was my first time having my crawl space cleaned up and re-insulated. He even recommended that my spaced didn't need an extra service, which cost more money. I'm in the middle of a pretty pricey remodel and it's refreshing to have this company be honest about something that would make an extra buck for them but in the big picture isn't needed for the customer.

Corey, the office manager and the two guys who came out to do the work were all great and I will certainly recommend them to others.

I had a spider and wasp problem at my house. I looked up Classic Insulation online and gave them a call. Clint from Classic Insulation came out and looked at the spider and wasp problem I had. He showed up on time and he gave me the price before he started the job which was much appreciated. Clint sprayed the wasp nests on the roof and the entire perimeter for spiders. He did a fantastic job and was done with the job within 45 minutes to an hour. I would highly recommend working with Classic Insulation if you want the job done right at a cost effective price and in a timely manner. Thanks Clint!
