Fantastic company that made a stressful situation easy to deal with. Caleb (owner) was very responsive even at 8am on Sunday, he came for an estimate an hour later and had a crew starting work the next day. They made sure everything was repaired correctly, didn’t leave until the job was finished and were able to keep the inside of our house spotless even after removing and replacing drywall.

We had an exceptionally positive experience with RestoPros after our 2-year-old home's basement flooded. Ryan showed up so quickly after we called. He assessed and addressed our needs in short order and, in no time, set up the drying fans and an industrial strength dehumidifier. He re-visited every day for several days to check on the drying out progress, using his moisture meter all over and tweaking the set-up as needed. Our basement has been redeemed back to "like new' quality thanks to Ryan's knowledge and expertise. You would never know it had 4 inches of standing water in it a few days ago. Thank you, Ryan, for your kind, caring and knowledgeable expertise and for a very happy ending to our worst nightmare!

RestoPros of Greater Columbus did an outstanding job on my rental property. We suspected a roof leak and mold in the walls, and they quickly responded by inspecting the issue and providing a detailed estimate to my insurance company. They even coordinated with the insurance adjuster during the inspection. The quality of their work was excellent, and their communication with me was seamless throughout the process. I had a BUNCH of projects, and a 3-week window in which to complete them because I was visiting from out of town, and needed work done in that timeframe. RestoPros gave me an excellent quote for all of the work ( separately per job). I had a roof replaced ( the estimate was much closer on materials than either of the other 2 quotes), mold mitigation, clean up and painting, horrible rug ( mold) removal and transportation to dump, and repair to the front wall of the house where bees and woodpecker(s) had caused significant damage. If possible I would give more stars. Every single person who entered the house was friendly and professional and I will be hiring them for future projects.
