We could not have had a better experience with New Roof Solutions. To start, we had a tree fall on top of our house after a windstorm and neither the tree removal company nor our insurance company noted any damage to the roof. I called New Roof Solutions they n a panic a few weeks later, on a weekend, when I found water running down the interior walls of our house. They showed up within a few hours, diagnosed the problem from the street before even getting in the roof, and had an effective temporary patch which saved us from thousands of dollars of additional damage.
A few months later they came back and rebuilt the half of our roof that was damaged. From start to finish they were nothing but professional. They communicated clearly and frequently, helped us with the invoices and information that we needed for our insurance claim, and kept the job site clean and safe.
