New Roof installed 38 squares of roof for me. Removed the old shingles, replaced a few pieces of questionable plywood. They installed dozens of 1-1/2” white PVC pipe around 8 feet long to move air from the soffit vents to the internal attic area where the roof vents are to let air get past the 3 feet of insulation they pumped out into the attic.

We have a 30” overhang roof completely around the house. They cut a huge vent in the plywood cover, then installed screen to keep bugs air of my attic, then covered it all with vinyl hidden vent soffit covering.

A water leak by the chimney was fixed, our roof is completely waterproof and the insulation keeps our house comfortable all year round. I was impressed.
