I asked for help from New Paradigm after I noticed a visible wind damage to the roof. The storm restoration specialist JJ Parada came and inspected the roof. He carefully walked me through all required steps, including filing the claim for the insurance company. I am very satisfied with this company and highly recommend it.

So my story starts out all the way in November of last year, I noticed a low spot in my roof puddling water, then later that month water started seeping through the soffit on my porch.
After calling my insurance company which they didnt want to pay for anything I called New Paradigm Projects and JJ Parada came out to inspect my roof, he not only found the plywood to be rotten, which lead to the leak he also found poor installation of the architectural shingles, good quality poor install also with the Storm damage on my roof from the recent storms.
JJ and his team battled with my insurance for almost a year to get me approved and had my new roof installed right.

I called NPP for a second opinion. Another company told me I needed a roof for my townhouse and was told I had bats hiding. JJ told me my roof was fine and checked for bats and found nothing. I had a bad experience in the past with contractors so I’m very weary. I just bought this house and needed to make sure I found someone honest that was not going to take advantage of me. I was able to have JJ also inspect my windows because I had cold air coming in….he told me which ones needed to be replaced. I never felt pressured to buy. He was very thorough. The install was done in 1 day and left the house very clean. He takes pride in his work and wants to make sure the work done reflects that. Now my other windows are starting to condensate so I will be calling him again for that.

Great experience. Rashaun is the man. When he was here looking at the damage he put his boots on, grabbed his ladder, grabbed a tarp and covered the hole in the roof to protect it for the small amount of time until they replaced the roof. No charge. I would highly recommend using this company and if you are lucky you'll get Rashaun:-). Totally satisfied.

In earlier this spring, due to a storm damage, Gene helped me to assess the roof damages and contacted my insurance company and arranged all necessary inspections etc, everything went smoothly and he helped on negotiation of claiming process and eventually, scheduled and installed brand new roofs for me.

For my case, I have quite a few solar panels installed since 2011, so he also spent some more time to coordinate with my insurance company and their solar partners negating the solar related cost and work.

He did great job to make sure all things done properly and on schedule, I am pretty happy about the outcomes and thanks so much for Gene and New Paradigm.

These guys are the real deal! I heard about New Paradigm Projects through my friend Olga who had referred me to them. I was dealing with leaks from my roof and thought I should give them a call. All State was being very unfair but with the expertise of New Paradigm Projects and diligent work, we were able to turn a repair into a replacement! I just paid my deductible and couldn't be happier.
